A very big aloha.

I'm Reverend Cindy Palos and I'm so happy to be here with you.

You know,

I've been on this journey for a long,

Long,

Long time and still have a ways to go.

But I have noticed a shift of sorts in my life and I don't know if it's the same thing for other people or not.

But I started when I was 14 and the energy when you begin on this path,

The spiritual path anyway,

Is so beautiful and it's like being in love,

Right?

You know,

That initial stages of being in love is just everything is so wonderful.

And you know,

That lasts for quite a ways and I have to say the love that I have felt in this path in the beginning was stronger than any love I ever felt in the physical form.

And it's really intoxicating and I think it's meant to be that way.

The thing is that just like any kind of relationship,

That you find out over time you have to build the relationship and that comes down to very often trying to fix things.

And in this path I have noticed that how you need to kind of be aware of things inside yourself that need to be corrected.

And it's not a matter of just feeling great and feeling the ecstasy and the beauty and the love,

Which is so nice,

But it gets back down to how can you best function in this world to do service and to help.

And to help others is a wonderful goal,

But the truth comes down to,

As you find if you've been on this path for a while,

It means that you first have to help yourself.

You know,

It's like when you were in a plane and something happens and they think there might be a crash coming up or something serious,

They ask you to put on your own device to breathe and be able to get yourself safe so you can help your child or your friend or others around you.

You have to do this and it's an amazing journey.

It's an amazing journey.

And the thing is it's like going through deep psychology,

But I have found it goes even deeper than the psychology that I know many people go through.

Because you're doing it one-on-one with you and yourself and you don't hide anything or bury anything because you really in time can't.

In the beginning stages you can try to fool yourself and try to pretend everything is just hunky-dory and great,

But eventually what the deep work you have to do to improve yourself will come out.

And it's all part of the plan.

It's not an easy journey to try to make yourself better,

To try to fix things that have been going a little maybe haywire for a while,

But it's necessary to be able to function well in your life and to also help others.

And it really truly also helps the world.

And I think in society I think we've been seeing this more and more and more.

And it's so important to understand how to deal with these realizations and how to be aware of things in yourself that need to be fixed,

That need to be able to function better so that you can help and serve other people more.

You know,

This is the same thing that happens in a relationship,

You know.

You will have to try to overcome things that you see that you didn't see in the first six months.

And anyone in a relationship knows in the beginning you don't get into the deep stuff.

It takes time,

Right?

It takes time for you to realize that it's what you are that comes out eventually in any relationship.

And the spiritual relationship,

I think,

Is the same.

It's a very interesting journey as you walk on this path.

It's been over 55 years for me.

And I love the journey.

I love the journey.

And sometimes it's so,

So,

So valuable.

And for me,

Going back every morning and starting each day in meditation is so important to clear stuff that will come up.

You know,

It comes up in your sleep.

It comes up in your life.

It comes up because it has to come up for you to deal with it so you can fix it.

Some parts are going to be harder to fix than others.

But if you don't fix them,

What happens,

Right?

And you're not going to move forward or able to do and function in any really helpful way until you fix things that are broken,

Right?

Because it will come up in time.

So I think we've been seeing a lot of this in the world.

And it's amazing.

There's more people than ever meditating now.

There's more people than ever aware.

And this is a wonderful force at work in the world.

I mean,

A very necessary,

Wonderful force.

And if that's you,

Gosh,

And thank you.

And it's the thing is you don't want to give up when it gets hard.

You don't want to give up when you get distracted or you kind of rationalize that you're too busy to meditate or you're too busy to do this.

And sometimes,

You know,

It's not a matter of being too busy.

It's just maybe you don't want to see stuff that's coming up.

It's really deep stuff when you get into this path for a long time.

But boy,

Do I see people going through it and being amazingly aware and improving and so many wonderful things that are so needed in this world by so many people.

So first of all,

Thank you.

Thank you and thank you for sticking with it,

For being there,

For understanding,

And for knowing that this is just part of the journey that we're all on.

It's part of the necessary journey that the entire world is going through.

And we are seeing it accelerated more now than I think ever before.

It's sometimes,

It's funny because I'm seeing AI,

I'm seeing AI more than ever as we all are propping up,

Right?

That AI is becoming more and more powerful and more and more used and pretty much a regular tool for a lot of people.

But AI works in a way that people do not work.

And it's the people that have to really be there as the base to be able to use AI and not to misuse AI and other things as well.

Because we're coming into that era where more and more of this is going to be tempting to create through AI.

We're seeing this,

Of course,

In artwork and sometimes in schools and projects people are doing.

They're just putting it up to AI and letting AI do it.

It's like,

Wow,

AI is not you.

AI doesn't have the wisdom and the love that you have.

So we are really valuable.

We are really valuable in ways that AI has not yet been able to figure out.

Who knows in time?

Who knows?

I don't know.

But I know it is changing fast.

So I just wanted to encourage you to stick with it,

To not give up,

To know that you have an inner base and you have friends and you have ways to get through the challenging times and that you're needed.

I know this.

I'm seeing this in my life.

And I'm sure others are seeing this as well.

It's so important to go back to the basics,

Like just breathing,

Taking the time to breathe,

Taking the time to be aware,

And taking enough time to go past just the breathing.

Now,

I think breathing is so important and so key.

But I also believe,

Having been on this path a long time,

That I know there's more than just breathing.

It's that inner connection that you make with your true self inside and your soul that can guide you through this process in a way that nothing else can.

So let's go a little bit into it.

Sometimes it's best just to do it,

Right?

And we take a few deep breaths.

We just breathe in deeply,

Deeply,

Deeply,

Deeply.

Ah,

And then you kind of do the scan,

Like I just felt stuff in my neck that was like,

Wow,

That wasn't very aligned.

And so you just feel your own head,

Your neck,

Your face,

If there's any tension in your eyes and the throat and the ears,

All hold tension.

And just breathe into those areas and send it some love and allow yourself to scan your neck.

I carry a lot of stuff in my neck and just want to be able to send that neck so much love.

Ah,

As we breathe energy into that neck and down into your heart of hearts,

Right?

The heart of your heart.

That part of you beyond the physical that is that spiritual part of you that is a love within you.

And just say thank you to your heart of heart for that love that it supplies to you in your life.

And just big gratitude to that heart of hearts.

Ah,

Just breathe into your heart of hearts and send love to all of your chakras,

The third chakra and stuff you might store in the second might be tightness in the lower back and down to the base of the spine and then all around you going on down to the feet and the head and light around you all the way above you all the way up up up and down through you and out and around you and in front of you a beautiful wonderful rainbow of light that protects you.

And now feel safe,

Safe enough to go and ask yourself if there's anything you need to be aware of in your life.

I'm going to give you a minute or two to go within and connect to yourself and ask yourself is there anything is there anything I need to work on in my life?

Just be there and allow any impressions any thoughts any feelings to be able to be recognized just breathe into that awareness let it be let it be let it be and slowly allow yourself to receive any inner messages you need to deal with your situations in life.

Ah feel good being grateful for that inner connection just being in that wonderful beautiful peaceful state of awareness and light and send yourself love send yourself awareness love and understanding just understanding to yourself or what you're going through feel how the understanding works in you inner understanding you feel when you connect with your soul and your soul understands you how does that feel ah just feel good and slowly allow yourself to be conscious totally conscious of any things any thoughts any feelings that are coming in and breathe into those beautiful energies that come to you and say thank you thank you and thank you for being there for being able to be present and aware that beautiful awareness breathing in ah and breathing out and slowly allow yourself to slowly come out of that deep space the inner connection to your soul and to your awareness and feel yourself coming back into your regular conscious mind and being so grateful to yourself for taking this time to understand and sending love to that deepest part of you and sending love to others you know and care about and sending great love to the world letting it come back to you a hundredfold with that love completely surrounding you and clearing anything that needs to be cleared now and just be present as you come out of the meditation and let yourself be and i thank you so much for being able to be aware of what's going on inside yourself and being aware of this great gift this tool of inner awareness my deepest love and blessings always you

Thank you Rev Cindy. This reminder of inner awareness is so important to me as I was recently diagnosed with stage 1 breast cancer. I know this will be a transformative journey as I am called into a deeper and higher frequency. I hope your own healing and recovery is going beautifully.
