What would be the most comfortable position for you to take right now?

You could be seated,

Standing,

Or laying down.

Really tuning into the wisdom of your body to guide you as to what shape would be most supportive in this moment.

And as you settle in,

Letting your eyes scan the space around you,

Looking above and below,

To the sides and behind,

Letting the neck and head turn gently.

And gradually making your way back to center and neutral position,

Head forward.

If you like,

Closing your eyes or just lowering your gaze,

Noticing what your physical body feels like in this moment.

You might notice a sense of heaviness,

Density,

Solidity.

Maybe just that subtle sense of gravity.

Finding space on the forehead,

Making a little more room between the eyebrows,

Letting the eyes nestle back into their sockets,

Unclenching the jaw,

Softening the gums,

The sides of the mouth,

The roof of the mouth,

The tongue,

Feeling the release of the neck and throat,

Letting that expand along the jawline,

Especially that area about two inches below the ears,

Giving the shoulders permission to dissolve and melt downwards,

Letting that trickle down your upper arms to the elbows,

The forearms,

Wrists,

Hands,

And fingers,

Bringing ease to the belly,

Softening the chest and softening the heart,

Just giving your body permission to be at ease,

And letting whatever is supporting you to allow you to be at rest.

You are present here,

Listening to my voice,

Feeling the gentle support,

Gravity,

The softness of the breath,

Knowing it's time to go inward.

The support beneath you and awareness of the present moment leads you towards inner peace.

There you are,

Shifting from doing to being.

The more you be,

The stronger you become.

I know you're curious,

And it's a good thing to be curious because this means you are caring about many things and all the possibilities that you can care about,

Provide you with desired outcomes and excitement in life.

I want you to imagine you have the courage.

It is possible in this place of stillness to become the bravest version of yourself.

Do you realize how much confidence you already have and you respect?

You already know more at an unconscious level than you think you do,

And I'm not here to tell you to go about it in a specific way.

I will invite you to practice in any way your heart desires,

And you will,

Won't you?

Practice that is.

Something happens all around when we go into action.

Notice how the space around you fills with confidence as you become more energized,

Courageous,

Stronger and stronger,

Loving,

Respectful and kind.

I want you to leap.

Everyone knows what a bold human you already are.

Strength,

Fortitude and love are possible.

Now,

As we come to the end of this practice,

I invite you to bring your awareness to your feet,

Noticing sounds in your space,

Perhaps taking a deeper breath if you'd like.

With the eyes closed,

Allow them to gently flutter open,

And with a soft gaze,

Taking in the space around you.
