It's time to let go and get rid of all those things that hold you back from moving forward. And when you're ready,

Close your eyes,

Take a deep breath in and breathe out.

Take a deep breath in and breathe out.

Now,

I really want us to slow our breathing down.

So on the inhale,

I want you to breathe in for four counts and then on the exhale,

Breathe out for four counts as I guide you.

Take a deep breath in two,

Three,

Four and breathe out two,

Three,

Four.

Breathing in two,

Three,

Four and exhale two,

Three,

Four.

Breathing in slowly two,

Three,

Four and exhale slowly two,

Three,

Four.

And continue that slow count four in,

Four out at your own pace.

Really allowing yourself to relax,

Allowing the thoughts to slow down with each breath.

Inhaling and exhaling,

Inhaling for four,

Two,

Three,

Four and exhaling for four,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Allowing this slow count to release and let go of any pent up emotions.

Our breath is a great way of releasing anxiety,

Releasing fears and any blocks that might be hindering our subconscious.

Breathing in for four counts and breathing out for four counts.

Breathing in for four counts and breathing out for four counts.

Really allow yourself to connect with that breath cycle and feel your body relax to the rhythm of this breath cycle.

In for four and out for four.

In for four and out for four.

Now allow your breath to come back to normal.

Breathing in and out at your own pace and just feeling your entire body relax from the crown of your head to your shoulders,

To your thighs,

Right down to the soles of your feet,

Your arms,

Your hands,

Your abdominals.

Just feel your entire body relax.

Give yourself permission to relax in the body.

We carry so much tension.

Just allow the body to release this in every area physically,

Mentally and spiritually.

Allow your body,

Mind and spirit to be calm as you make this time to release to release any emotions,

Any doubts,

Anything that plagues you or fears or uncertainties or decisions that you're not sure how to make.

Release them from the body and breathe,

Breathe them out and allow your mind to expand as you release all the tension from the mind,

All the tension from your body,

All the tension from your spirit.

Give yourself permission to release anything that could be hindering you from moving forward,

Moving forward with your intentions,

Moving forward with your goals,

Moving forward with any plans that you may have.

Allow yourself to release.

This is your private journey.

So right now I'm going to go quiet and I want you to release from your body,

Mind and spirit anything that could hold you back,

Any questions that you have and you're not sure which direction to take,

Release it to the universe,

To the higher being,

Let it go and anything that you're not sure if you hold back,

Just release,

Practice releasing anything that could and does hold you back.

Breathe and release and let it go.

Surrender it,

Surrender it all.

You don't need anything weighing you down.

This is your journey.

Let it go.

Don't be afraid to let go.

If there's something that you hold on to because you feel you should,

Let it go from your subconscious.

Let it go from your thoughts.

Let it go from your body.

Release it.

This is your body,

Mind and spirit belongs to you.

You don't have to carry any baggage that weighs you down.

You can drop it off right now.

Just get rid of it.

However,

You choose to see that vision of you getting rid of it.

Whether you see it rise up in front of you and disappear,

Whether you see yourself pushing it to one side and then it disappears,

Whether you see yourself smashing it,

Breaking it,

However that is for you.

Visually allow yourself to be released from it.

It's time right now for you to stop holding on to cut the cords that hold you back.

Release yourself from them.

Release yourself from them.

Whatever it may be,

Release yourself from it.

Maybe it's a decision that you need to make,

But you've been putting it off because you're afraid of the change that it will bring.

Release the fear.

Listen to your intention and break that cord.

Don't let fear hold you back.

Don't let anxiety hold you back.

Don't let comfort hold you back.

Don't let limits hold you back.

Release the limits.

Self sabotage the fears.

Release it all.

Let it go.

Let it go and breathe.

Follow your heart and allow your heart to open.

Allow your heart to open to you as you free yourself from everything that holds you back,

However small and however big.

Judgments from others,

Fears,

Choices,

Whatever it may be,

Fear of lack,

Uncertainty,

You know,

It's your journey.

Use this time to release it and open your heart to your truth.

Open your heart to new beginnings.

Breathe and release.

Surrender it all and allow yourself to dig deep.

Everything from the past,

Every fear of the future and every uncertainty of the present release,

Release it all.

Now,

This is your time,

Your time to take back your power,

Your time to reconnect with your energy and the energy you want to put out.

Allow yourself to be back in the driving seat of your life to clear everything that stops you from moving and to forgive yourself if any kind of self-sabotage has taken place.

It's past.

Everything that blocks you is stemmed from the past.

So let it go.

Let it go.

Let it go and just breathe.

And as you're in this moment,

Find that stillness within the calm,

The power,

The power that replaces all that you've released,

The calm that replaces all that you've released.

Be still with that feeling right now.

You've released everything.

So allow yourself to be still in the presence of you to enjoy this moment in the presence of you,

Your power,

Your calm,

Your peace,

Your clarity.

Be fully present in it right now and embrace it and breathe.

Empower yourself with your inner strength.

Know that within you is the resilience you need to start afresh,

To make each day count,

To do those things that put a smile on your face and lift up your heart.

Feel the presence of your calm,

Your peace,

Your power and your strength.

Enjoy this moment.

If knowing that you are more than capable of moving forward,

No matter what,

Whatever direction you choose to go,

It's all OK.

You've got this.

Just enjoy the presence of you right now and breathe.

Feel that newfound energy within your body,

Energy from the power and the strength within,

Energy from clarity and peace of mind,

Your unique energy.

Feel the clarity come through,

Calm,

Embrace it.

Know that within you is your truth and let that truth shine out every day when you're at work,

When you're at home,

When you're out socially,

Whenever.

And it's always there.

You've cleared the path.

You've let go of so much.

Give yourself permission to embrace your strength,

Your power,

Your uniqueness and allow yourself to move forward in the direction you choose and to make the changes that you need to make for your heart and soul and for your intentions.

Whatever they may be,

This is your journey.

Now take your focus back to your breath and allow yourself to breathe in slowly and breathe out slowly,

Breathe in slowly and breathe out slowly.

Now in the breath to connect with you,

Body,

Mind and spirit,

And to remind you of the calmness and peace and the strength that's within.

Now become aware of the surface that you're lying or sitting on,

Becoming aware of the sounds around you as well as my voice.

Become aware of your physical body as you slowly start to wiggle your fingers and toes and take a deep breath in and breathe out and take another deep breath in and out.

Take one more deep breath in and out.

And when you're ready,

You can slowly open your eyes.
