Okay,

Friends,

Please come to a comfortable seat.

Any position will work.

This is to help you at any time throughout your day.

Roll your shoulders down your spine,

Rest your hands on your knees or your thighs.

Take a little wiggle.

Little shake.

Option to keep your eyes open or close them.

Some long,

Slow,

Deep breaths in and out.

Start to tune in to the external world.

As it meets you.

Notice what you hear.

Notice what you feel what you're sitting on the wind on your skin or fan or temperature of the air.

So sun just notice how you feel in this moment.

Notice what you hear.

Take a deep breath in through your nose.

Notice what you smell,

If anything.

Notice what you see behind your eyes.

Notice what you taste on your mouth.

Then come to the top of your head.

Bring all of your attention here and imagine that your head is starting to relax.

All where your hair is,

It's all relaxing.

Imagine that the relaxation starts to crawl down forehead,

Sides of the head,

Back of the head,

All the way down to the back of the neck,

The ears,

The jaw,

The side of the neck,

The face,

The whole face,

The eyes,

The nose,

The cheeks,

The mouth,

The chin,

The neck,

The ears,

The nose,

The mouth,

The chin,

Relax.

All tension oozing down,

Down,

Down,

Down,

Down,

Down the body.

Imagine that your chest,

Your shoulders,

Your back,

Your upper back,

Your mid back,

Your arms,

Your chest,

All relaxing,

All the tension melting down,

Down,

Down,

Down,

Down the body.

Feel the relaxation continue,

Feel your belly relax,

The sides of your body,

Your ribs,

Your lower back,

All the muscles in your lower back,

Feel your hips wide,

Feel all of the tension like melting out of your body and into the ground,

To the earth,

To the floor,

To the mat,

To the chair.

Let it go.

Relax your thighs,

The tops,

The inside,

The back,

The outside,

Relax your knees,

Front,

Back,

Both sides.

All the tension oozing into the ground into whatever's supporting you.

It's just receiving it like nom,

Nom,

Nom,

Nom,

Nom,

All your tension.

Any thing pops into your head,

Push it out,

Relax,

Relax,

Relax.

Imagine every cell in your body,

Relaxing,

Continue to relax and ooze the tension from the shins and the calves,

From your ankles,

Front,

Back,

Sides,

From the top of your foot and the top of each toe to the inside of your foot and the outside of your foot,

And then the soul,

Everything just dripping out of your soul,

All your tension,

All your stress.

Release it,

Let it go.

Imagine your body relaxed,

All tension gone.

Feel free to blink open your eyes,

You can wiggle a little bit,

Feel your body completely relaxed,

You just let go of like everything that you're stressing about,

And can go on about your day from a more creative,

Peaceful,

Relaxed,

Happy state.

Have a day.

Thanks for letting me guide you.

Namaste.
