On day 1, we will go over my Top-5 Keys for unlocking a great night's sleep. Healthy sleep habits are so important if you want better sleep, and It truly takes a combination of many great sleep habits to consistently get great sleep including our top 5, these include: - Having a consistent schedule for both sleeping and waking up. Preferably go to sleep before 10 pm for best results. - Make where you sleep a cozy, peaceful, safe space for you to relax and unwind after a long day. - Getting good exercise and Grounding in nature every day. - Avoiding Blue Light at least 2 hours before bed. - Take a hot salt bath to relax the body and kick in the body's natural cooling system before bed. On day 2, we will go over more keys for unlocking a great night's sleep. Healthy sleep habits are so important if you want better sleep, and It truly takes a combination of many great sleep habits to consistently get great sleep including these awesome sleep habits, these include: - Reading a book instead of looking at Blue Light before bed. - Getting sunlight in the morning and having a proper morning routine. - Don't Eat too close to bed (2 hours or more). - Don't drink alcohol too close to bed (5 hours or more). - Listen to guided breath work flows, meditations, or peaceful music before bed.
