Hello everyone and welcome to this guided sleep meditation.

This meditation is designed to provide you with a deeply relaxing experience so that you can fall asleep easily,

Quickly and stay asleep throughout the entire night.

Let's go ahead and get started.

Go ahead and relax into a comfortable position in your bed.

Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to center yourself in the present moment.

Go ahead and with each exhale,

Just relaxing the entire body,

Releasing any energy from the day,

Releasing all of it,

Relaxing into a beautiful,

Harmonious,

Restful state of being.

I invite you to picture yourself in an enchanted forest at night,

Surrounded by ancient trees and mystical creatures,

The air and the soft forest floor beneath you,

And with each breath you're relaxing deeper and deeper,

Your bliss of this enchanted forest,

And as you breathe deeply,

You inhale the earthy fragrance of the forest,

Allow the soothing scents to enhance the enchanting atmosphere around you,

And with each exhale,

Release any and all tension or concerns into the magical surroundings of this beautiful forest.

Picture the forest embracing you with its protective,

Positive and organic.

Allow the enchanting forest to guide you into a deep and restful sleep,

Continuing to breathe naturally,

Surrendering to the mystical ambience and tranquility of this beautiful nighttime forest.

Imagine the beautiful,

Mystical creatures of the forest just approaching with curiosity and friendliness.

Observe their gentle movements and soothing energy that they radiate.

Allow their presence to deepen your sense of security and connection,

And with each exhale,

Releasing more and more tension and releasing any concern.

Imagine the ancient trees absorbing your worries,

Transforming them into soothing energy that nourishes the enchanted forest.

Allow the soothing scents,

The gentle sounds,

And the vibrant visuals of the enchanted forest to deepen your connection with rest and with nature,

And visualize the intricate dance between the elements,
