Hello,

My name is Kari.

During this meditation,

We're just going to tap into that happy vibration that you can create in your body when you use your memory to think about past events that made you happy.

It's a super simple meditation,

But it's really effective if you need to change your energy,

Your mood,

The vibration that you have in your body.

So let's get started.

You can lay down,

You can be in bed,

It could be the first thing in the morning.

You don't have to sit in a specific manner,

Just be comfortable.

You can do it in your car,

Thinking about things with your eyes open.

Either way,

Start to just pay attention to your breathing,

First of all,

To anchor you into your body,

To bring your focus into more of an acute point.

Slow your breathing down,

Make it feel more relaxed,

More comfortable.

Intentionally relax your shoulders,

Let them drop a little bit lower,

Away from your ears.

See if you can soften the muscles in your face,

Maybe you're holding tension around your eyes or across your jaw.

Just see if you can come into a place of more ease,

More calm within your body.

And then intentionally start to think about a really happy memory.

It could be from childhood,

It could be from last week,

Something that made you giggle a lot,

Something that made you feel really good about yourself.

It could be a happy memory that you recall that something was really close or really fun when you had an intimate moment,

Whatever it is.

Just bring it into your mind.

If you have your eyes open and you're focused on the road,

Then of course pay attention to that as well.

But in your mind,

Just replay the happy memory.

If you can close your eyes and you're laid in bed or seated in a meditation position,

See if you can drop deeper into the memory by seeing it more clearly in your mind.

See the event,

Maybe what you were wearing,

What the other person was wearing,

If there's another person involved.

More importantly than anything though is what do you feel like in your body when you're thinking about this memory?

Maybe you can feel joy in your stomach,

You can feel a lightness in your body,

Maybe butterflies in your tummy,

Maybe your chest feels as if it's expanding,

Maybe you feel as if you want to smile externally or internally.

Pay attention.

Just let your body relive the experience as if it's happening right now in the moment.

Let your body get the tingles,

Let your vibration literally rise,

The frequency of your body rise.

Memory is a super powerful thing for the brain and the mind.

It makes the brain and the mind react as if it's in the present moment.

So you'll be unknown to you subconsciously,

Releasing specific hormones throughout your body,

You'll be feeling it as if it was right now in this moment.

And then think of something else that was such a really fun happy moment,

A really good deep happy memory,

Time when you had so much joy in your heart and your body.

See if you can recall the memories,

Just keep bringing them in,

You don't have to spend too long on one particular memory.

Take your time,

Spend as long as you need to just thinking about happy things.

I'm going to play the music for a little bit longer so that you have an extended period of time at the end,

But for now it's as simple as that guys.

By recalling the happy memories you're changing the frequency in your body,

You're taking action to change your mood,

To change your vibe into a much happier one.

Namaste,

My friend.
