Good morning my friends,
If you haven't done so already,
Make sure that you're sat in a comfortable position for your meditation.
If you are still creaky and need an oil can and you haven't quite woken up yet,
Then you're welcome to lay in bed and listen to this meditation,
Depending on what day or what time it is for you.
So,
Let's just make sure that we're comfortable.
Close down your eyes if you haven't done so yet,
So that you can shut out the rest of the world.
It's time to meditate,
Time to relax your body a little bit,
To slow everything down.
Start to feel the process of slowing down by literally slowing down your breath more,
Taking longer,
Slower,
Deeper breaths,
So the rest of your body can follow suit.
Soften your shoulders.
Relax your jaw.
Take all of your attention down into your stomach,
Starting to breathe into your abdomen.
Feel your upper tummy,
Breathe into your lower tummy.
Just get familiar with where your stomach is at this morning,
The sensations in there.
Maybe it's tight,
Maybe it feels light and open,
Maybe it's full and heavy.
Just pay attention to what your stomach feels like,
The overall sensations.
Let's take it a little bit deeper.
Start to just really focus on the space around your belly button.
Breathe into your belly button,
Your navel.
Feel it as it pulls in with the inhale,
As it moves with the exhale.
Energetically,
You're focusing on the center of your being right now.
If you can bring your tummy into a place of complete neutrality,
See if you can relax the muscles,
Allow your tummy to soften,
Let everything relax.
Soften the muscles,
Keeping your spine straight,
Relax all of your abdomen and feel that as a neutral setting in your body.
This is neutral.
It's relaxed,
Soft.
It's like it's porous,
Waiting for what you bring to it.
And then leave your focus and attention behind.
Just leave it on your tummy,
But start to think about your life right now,
Certain situations that you're in,
Whether it's your intimate relationship,
Whether it's with your children,
A friend,
A colleague,
Your relationship with your work,
Your career,
Your relationship with yourself,
Your relationship with your abundance,
Your health,
Your wealth,
Your happiness.
Think about all the different areas of your life,
Just kind of skim through where you're at with them.
And if there's anything going on in your reality right now where you could do with some answers,
A little bit of knowing or guidance,
Focus on that part of your life specifically.
Bring the energy of it more into your body.
Start to think about your next step forward with that.
Are you confused or are you knowing of what you need to do,
But you're just scared to do it?
Where are you at?
Just feel into it,
This stone in your shoe part of your life right now.
Using your abdomen,
Your intuition as your gauge,
Let's just get familiar.
We're waking up that energy,
By the way.
We're waking up the thoughts around the stone in your shoe part of your life right now.
So we're activating it.
You're feeling the sensations of it in your body.
The thoughts are starting to accumulate.
You're just bringing it forth into your present moment.
And then bringing your attention back into your abdomen.
To use your intuition from a physical perspective,
A really good way to do it is to recognize your body's responses to life.
When something is good,
When it's pleasant,
When it's a hell yes,
When it's comfortable,
When you're in agreement,
Your soul,
Your body,
Your energy is all in agreement,
Your tummy will soften.
Your tummy will feel open,
Spacious,
Expansive.
It will relax.
Your body will have the minutest little movements of shifting forward towards that which is good for you.
It's like your tummy pushes it,
Nudges it.
Okay,
Yes,
Yes,
This is good.
Come on in.
Come on in.
That's what your tummy does energetically.
When it's a yes.
When it's a no,
You have many different reactions throughout the body.
But your tummy,
The center of your being where your intuition lies,
Your tummy will tighten.
It constricts.
It sometimes feels instantly anxious.
You'll feel the presence of butterflies from an anxiety perspective,
Not a good perspective.
You may also instantly get a hit or a wave of nausea.
If it's a very,
Very strong no.
Your body is this wonderful vessel that's constantly communicating with you.
And if you pay attention,
You can tap into your intuition this way.
So yes is open.
Yes is welcome.
Yes is expansive,
Relaxed.
Leaning in.
No is pulling away,
Contracting,
Tightening,
Rejecting,
Nausea,
A feeling of anxiety,
Or a feeling like your tummy just turned over,
Or even a feeling like you need to take a deep breath as if you're just being punched in the stomach.
This is all no's.
No,
No,
No,
No,
No,
No.
Body's saying,
Hell no.
Knowing that information about your body,
See if you can bring your tummy back to neutral because me just talking about all those negative responses could have just set you off in that direction a little bit.
So take some nice deep breaths into your abdomen and soften it once again.
Relax your tummy.
Bring it back to neutral.
Soften it once again,
All is well.
Take some nice deep breaths into that part of your body.
Imagine that there is some kind of divide there in front of you.
You can see it as a fork in the road.
You could see it as two different doors.
You can see it in your mind as two different boxes,
Two different choices.
Imagine on the left over there that that is something that doesn't resonate with you.
So whatever it is that you're thinking about,
Imagine the left means no.
It's kind of like I could do it,
But left means don't do it.
I could do it.
Right means do it.
You see?
Yes is on the right.
No is on the left.
That may be helpful in this next step of your process.
Or you can just sit with your body and watch and feel.
Bringing your attention back to this disturbance that you have right now,
This thing that you could do with a little bit of clarity about.
When you think about whether you could do it or whether you shouldn't do it,
What does your body start to do?
Pay close attention.
Phrase it in your mind so it works for you.
Should I walk away from this or should I stay?
Should this person be in my life or should I let them go?
What does your body do?
Should I leave my job or should I take that job?
Whatever is relevant for you,
Just think on it.
Really tune in to what your body is trying to say.
The trick with your intuition is to pay attention and listen and don't try and change it.
Pay attention,
Listen,
Just take it for what it is.
Don't manipulate,
Don't think too much,
Don't try and change your question so it works better for you.
Don't try and take it back so it looks different.
Your intuition will give it you straight.
And that's the answer.
And the more you just take that answer and take action from it,
The more your intuition will start to get keener in your body,
Get stronger in your body because it knows you're listening.
The more your intuition talks to you and you ignore it,
The quieter it becomes because eventually it sees that communication with you this way doesn't work.
So honor what your body is telling you and then in your human experience you have to try and figure out how you're going to take action.
What will that look like?
To make the message of what your intuition is saying happen.
Whether it's a yes or a no.
Stay away or let them in.
I'm just going to give you one more minute to sit with the energy of your abdomen,
Your intuition.
Take long,
Slow,
Deep breaths into it.
And then you can open your eyes and come back into your space.
Know that your intuition can communicate with you from this physical perspective,
From the center of your being,
About absolutely anything.
You can ask it about your nutrition.
You can ask it about your exercise,
Supplements,
Medications.
You can ask your body what color you should wear that day if it's important to you.
Because color holds energy and that energy could change your frequency.
So it seems superficial but it could be very helpful.
So start to work with this part of your being.
Strengthen it,
Get to know it and it'll get stronger and stronger and stronger.
Namaste,
My friends.
