Meditation is perhaps the most powerful tool there is when it comes to calling forth the peace, love, joy, harmony, abundance, and wholeness that is inherent within each of us. As such, I have been guided to create this The way of Meditation Series. Each ”session” will begin with a brief teaching around meditation followed by a meditation sitting. I invite you to join me for a beautiful, healing, soothing and empowering moment of becoming still through meditation. Namaste, Daniel

Blessings and welcome to the way of meditation.

My name is Daniel Roquejo and I'm super honored that you're here,

That you've chosen to join me for a moment of coming back to the nowness of this moment,

A moment of becoming still,

Releasing and letting go of that which no longer serves us.

So the theme for this session is come back to the breath and begin again.

And all throughout meditation,

As meditation is all about being fully present in the nowness of this moment,

Coming back to the nowness of this moment and being fully,

Fully present here,

A powerful tool that we can use is the breath.

And as we move through the meditation,

From time to time we're pulled out of the nowness of this moment by outer distractions,

By thought patterns,

By physical sensations or whatever the case may be.

And when we become aware we can use the breath to come back and begin again because each and every single moment is a new beginning,

A possibility or an opportunity for us to begin again regardless of whatever choices that we've made in the past,

Whatever we have done in the past or not done in the past,

Each moment is a new beginning which gives us the opportunity which allows us to make a new choice,

A higher choice,

To go off in a new direction,

To venture into some yet unknown territory.

And so the breath,

Coming back to the breath,

Is a beautiful reminder of this.

And you'll hear me say all throughout this meditation,

All throughout all meditations that I facilitate,

You'll hear me say come back to the breath and begin again.

And we can use this technique or this tool in meditation but we can also use it outside of meditation in our daily life,

In our daily life,

In our daily lives.

We have what I call these moments in between which are moments when we're sort of idle,

When we're engaged in something that does not necessarily require our full attention.

And so these moments in between offers beautiful possibilities and opportunities for us to come back to the breath and begin again,

To just center ourselves in the nowness of this moment through coming back to the breath.

And as we come back to the breath,

As we release and let go of thought patterns and judgments and opinions,

We get to choose again.

We get to choose a new,

We get to make a new choice.

So coming back to the breath and begin again,

These are not merely words but this is a practice,

This is a powerful practice that I invite you to use not only in formal meditation but all throughout your days,

Every day,

Many times every day.

All right,

So that was the background for this theme.

And so in this moment I invite you to make yourself comfortable,

I invite you to place your feet on the ground firmly planted,

I invite you to put a smile on your face,

Allowing the body to relax and get the sense that all is well,

Which allows the body to produce and distribute these wonderful tonic chemicals,

Good for the body chemicals,

These healing chemicals,

Relaxing,

Soothing chemicals.

And so I invite you to close your eyes and gently tap between your eyebrows,

Tap that first eye,

That spiritual eye and that divine eye to activate it so that you may catch that which cannot be caught with your human senses.

So stay with the tapping for a little bit and while we keep tapping,

Let's set an intention for this meditation and the intentions that I always use are for me to wake up to who and what I am and to forever allow for greater and greater expressions of that who and what to merge.

So I invite you to use these intentions as well so we can release the tapping.

We turn our attention toward our breath,

We can place our hands in our lap,

Palms facing upward,

Thumb and middle finger touching,

As a sign of receptivity of being open and available.

We turn our attention toward the breath and as we do there are a couple of things we need to be aware of.

First of all that the body is fully capable and able of doing the breathing in and of itself,

So we don't need to do the breathing for the body.

We don't need to get involved in the breathing,

Or we can simply surrender to it,

We can do it,

We can simply observe it as it happens.

And also we want to be aware that as we use the breath as an anchor in the nowness in this moment we want to keep our attention on the full breath.

And the full breath is the in-breath,

The space in between in and out breath.

It's the out breath and then there's a space in between out and in breath.

So we want to seek to keep our attention on all these four stages of the breath and beyond.

So in this moment I invite you to take on the feeling tone that all is well and allow for the peace that follows to move you deep,

Deep,

Deep into stillness and into silence.

So so come back to the breath and begin again.

So so so come back to the breath and begin again.

So so come back to the breath and begin again.

So so so come back to the breath and begin again.

So so so And back to the breath and begin again.

And begin again.

And back to the breath and begin again.

And begin again.

And back to the breath and begin again.

And begin again.

And begin again.

And back to the breath and begin again.

And back to the breath and begin again.

And begin again.

And begin again.

And as I in a brief moment move us into a prayer,

I invite you to remain with your eyes closed,

Open,

Available,

Receptive.

You may give the prayer permission to move into an even higher vibration to expand your consciousness even further.

And so in this moment,

How grateful I am,

How deeply grateful I am for this moment,

For the love that is here,

The joy that is here,

The harmony that is here,

Peace that is here,

The wholeness that is here.

How deeply grateful I am for this moment,

Period.

And from this space of being grateful,

I know that I feel the wholeness and the goodness and the eternality of God.

I know and feel that God is fully present in every being,

In every object,

In every space and place,

In all of creation.

And I'm so grateful for you and for your participation,

For your willingness to extricate yourself from the world and the business and the fear and the worry and the doubt of the world and come back to this moment.

To the nowness of this moment,

To the peace that is here,

To the joy that is here,

The wholeness that is here,

The harmony that is here,

The abundance that is here.

Thank you,

Thank you,

Thank you for your willingness to do this.

For making such a high choice for yourself and for this planet,

For all of creation.

And from this space of gratitude,

I know and I feel the wholeness and the goodness and the eternality of God.

I know and I feel that everywhere,

In every space,

In every place,

The fullness of God is.

Infinite love,

Infinite peace,

Infinite joy,

Infinite harmony,

Infinite abundance,

Infinite wholeness,

All of these and many,

Many more are the qualities of God.

The truth and essence of God,

Fully expressing itself in each being,

Each object,

Each space in all of creation,

Being both the Creator and the creation.

Eternally sourcing and fueling and funding itself,

Sustaining and maintaining itself,

Guiding and leading and moving itself into ever greater and greater expressions in,

As and through all of creation.

What all this means is that right smack where you are.

All that which God is,

Is fully present because you and God are one.

You are unique and perfect emanation of God.

Your Spirit expressing itself in,

As and through you in a beautiful and magnificent and wonderful and powerful way.

And as God is eternally sourcing and fueling and funding itself,

It means that you,

As you and God are one,

It means that you are eternally sourced and fueled and funded.

As God is eternally sustaining and maintaining itself,

As you and God are one,

It means that you are eternally sustained and maintained.

You're truly a miracle of God.

You're truly a blessing of God.

Here to shine your light.

Here to stand in the service of love.

And oh my God,

Such beautiful light you are,

Such beautiful light you are,

Such blessing to this planet you are.

I know that right where you are,

Something wonderful is happening.

Something wonderful is happening right,

Right,

Right where you are.

Because the will of God is for all of life to come into ever greater and grander expressions.

And so every single challenge that you're facing is nothing but a stepping stone for you to move into a higher level of consciousness.

Everything is working for your good.

Everything is working for your good.

In this moment,

In every single moment.

I know it and I feel it,

I accept it,

I give thanks for it,

I allow it to be.

So it is.

So be it.

Amen.

Until the next time,

I bless,

Bless,

Bless your day and I bless,

Bless,

Bless your way.

Namaste.
