Meditation is perhaps the most powerful tool there is when it comes to calling forth the peace, love, joy, harmony, abundance, and wholeness that is inherent within each of us. As such, I have been guided to create this The way of Meditation Series. Each ”session” will begin with a brief teaching around meditation followed by a meditation sitting. I invite you to join me for a beautiful, healing, soothing and empowering moment of becoming still through meditation. Namaste, Daniel

Blessings and welcome to the way of meditation.

My name is Daniel Roqueo and as always I'm deeply grateful and I'm immensely grateful and honored and privileged that you are choosing to join me for a moment of coming back to the nowness of this moment,

For a moment of being still,

For a moment of withdrawing from the world,

From the hustle and bustle to just be in silence,

In stillness.

Before we move into this particular meditation I would like to just use a few moments to speak about the practice or the necessity of practice.

And actually what I want to speak about is practice,

Practice,

Practice.

Because that to me signifies the importance of really getting into.

If we want meditation to work for us,

If we want to reap the benefits and to experience the benefits of meditation,

Which is peace,

Which is joy,

Which is longevity,

Which is vitality,

Which is a greater sense of love,

A greater sense of abundance,

A greater sense of peace and freedom and harmony and all that.

If we want to experience that,

If we want that,

Then we need to practice and practice and practice meditation.

And what this means is that meditating every once in a while,

Every two weeks or perhaps once a week or every three weeks,

While that is absolutely hands down much better than not meditating,

It will not do much for us.

And I always sort of make the analogy of an athlete.

Let's say that you want to get in shape.

You want to get in physical shape.

Let's just say that you are not in any way engaging in physical activity right now.

And so you want to get your body in shape,

Going for a run every week,

Once every week or once every two weeks or twice a month.

It will not make that much difference on your physical health.

Your physical health will not improve that much.

But if you want to get in shape,

You need regular and consistent exercise.

Perhaps three times a week,

Perhaps four times a week.

It doesn't have to be for that long.

It doesn't have to be that exhausting or that tiresome,

But you get to get into the habit of exercising.

That's the only way to get in shape.

One will not get in shape by looking at others getting in shape.

One will not get in shape by sitting on the couch every day of the week and not moving the body at all.

But it takes a level of habitual repetition.

And the same it is with meditation.

Meditation works best.

Meditation brings the most when we do it consistently and regularly.

If that means every day for 10 minutes,

That's wonderful.

If that means every other day,

Well,

That's good too.

Absolutely.

If it means every third day,

That will get you a long way into allowing for the peace and the love and harmony and abundance and joy to begin to well up from within you.

But if you do it every once in a while,

While the meditation may bring you benefits in that moment and you may get a good feeling in that moment,

The effects of such random meditations will not be long lasting.

But we need a regular and consistent practice,

Practice,

Practice.

All right,

So I could talk a lot more about this,

But I'm not gonna.

But let's get into the actual practice of meditation.

And you are welcome,

Of course,

To tune into this session or any other wave meditation sessions that I offer.

Or you do it on your own or you do it with another teacher.

The important thing is that you do it,

That you do it.

All right,

So in this moment,

As always,

I invite you to make yourself comfortable.

I invite you to close your eyes and put a smile on your face.

That smile sends the signal to your body that it can relax and that it can begin to produce and distribute these healing and soothing and good for the body chemicals.

And while you keep that smile on your face,

I invite you to close your eyes.

I invite you to begin to tap in between your eyebrows to activate that first eye or the spiritual eye.

And while we tap and while we smile,

Let's set an intention for this meditation.

And as always,

If you have tuned in before,

My intentions are always to wake up to who and what I am and to forever allow for greater and grander expressions of that who and what to emerge.

Let's keep the tapping for a little while longer.

We can release it now.

I invite you to place your hands in your lap,

Palms facing upward,

Perhaps having your thumb and middle finger touching,

As a sign of receptivity,

As a sign of transcending the ego.

I invite you to take on the feeling tone of all being well.

And I invite you to give the peace that follows,

Permission to move you deep,

Deep,

Deep into the stillness and into the silence.

Keeping our attention on the breath,

Each breath,

Each full breath,

Giving the body permission to do the breathing.

So we get to observe it,

We get to surrender to the breathing,

But we need not participate in it.

We need to make it happen.

We need to be aware of it.

Let your attention drift away from the breath.

Gently and lovingly turn it back and begin again.

Let your attention drift away from the breath.

Let your attention drift away from the breath.

Come back to the breath and begin again.

Let your attention drift away from the breath.

Let your attention drift away from the breath.

Come back to the breath and begin again.

Let your attention drift away from the breath.

Come back to the breath and begin again.

Let your attention drift away from the breath.

Let your attention drift away from the breath.

Let your attention drift away from the breath.

Let your attention drift away from the breath.

Let your attention drift away from the breath.

Let your attention drift away from the breath.

Let your attention drift away from the breath.

Come back to the breath and begin again.

Let your attention drift away from the breath.

Let your attention drift away from the breath.

Let your attention drift away from the breath.

Let your attention drift away from the breath.

Come back to the breath and begin again.

Let your attention drift away from the breath.

Let your attention drift away from the breath.

Let your attention drift away from the breath.

Come back to the breath and begin again.

Let your attention drift away from the breath.

Let your attention drift away from the breath.

Let your attention drift away from the breath.

Let your attention drift away from the breath.

Remain with your eyes closed.

To remain open,

Available,

Receptive.

And so in this moment,

How grateful I am.

How grateful I am for the stillness in this moment that you are.

The joy of this moment that you are.

The harmony of this moment that you are.

The abundance that is here that you are.

How grateful I am for you and for your participation in this becoming still.

In this coming back to the nowness of this moment.

In this stepping out of time.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

And from this space of gratitude,

I know and I feel that Spirit is all there is.

There's nothing but Spirit.

Omnipresent,

Infinite,

Eternal,

The same yesterday,

Today,

And forever.

Fully present in every space and place,

Every being,

Every object,

In all of creation.

How grateful I am to know and feel that God is the Creator and the Creation.

Eternally seeking to commit to ever greater and greater expressions in,

As,

And through all of creation.

That means in,

As,

And through you.

So the infinite love,

The infinite peace,

The infinite joy,

The infinite harmony,

The infinite abundance,

The infinite wholeness.

That God is.

Is in this very moment expressing itself in,

As,

And through you.

Is in every single moment expressing itself in,

As,

And through you.

In ever expanding ways,

In every greater ways,

In every increasing ways.

Because you and God are one.

You and Spirit are one.

You're a unique and perfect emanation of the one.

You're in the whole,

Expressing itself in,

As,

And through you.

In such a beautiful and magnificent and powerful way.

I know it and I feel it.

I know it and I feel it.

So right where you are,

In this moment,

In every moment,

All is well.

Right where you are,

All is well.

The steps are so beautifully and divinely guided.

Because you're so open,

So available,

So receptive to allow Spirit to flow through you.

And when you speak,

You speak the word of the Divine.

You speak the word of light.

You speak the word of love.

That's what is coming out of your mouth.

God flowing beautifully,

Powerfully,

Magnificently.

You,

In this moment,

In every single moment,

Are so embraced by the abundance that is everywhere.

You're so cradled by the overflow that is everywhere.

That is who you are,

That is what you are.

The more than enoughness that vibration is carrying you,

It is lifting you into an even higher vibration.

Because right where you are,

All that you need,

You have.

All of your needs are met.

In this moment,

In every moment.

Simply because you and God are one.

And as God is infinite,

As God is the inexhaustible source of all.

That inexhaustible source of all is in you.

Everything that you need,

You have.

Everything that you need,

You have in this moment,

In every single moment.

So that you may forever allow for greater and greater expressions of who and what you are to emerge.

That you may forever allow for the next great version of who and what you are to come forth.

That you may forever allow for expansion to happen.

Expansion of consciousness.

Expansion of vibration.

Expansion of the light that you are.

Such beautiful light you are.

Such beautiful light you are.

I know it and I feel it.

I accept it,

I give thanks for it,

I allow it to be.

So it is,

So be it,

So shall it be.

Amen.

Amen.

Amen.
