Hey,

I'm Daniel Tyag,

And I love you so much.

I'm so glad you're here,

And I can't wait to jump in this meditation with you.

We're going to do a little box breathing to guide in,

And you can use this technique to slow your heart,

Slow your organs,

Slow your body,

And just bring your whole system down a little bit before you meditate.

So,

Pay attention.

The steps are easy.

We'll do a four count,

But you can do as long as you want,

Just doing it by yourself.

So it's a pretty simple breath.

It's a four-part process.

You're going to breathe in for four counts.

You're going to hold for four counts.

You're going to exhale for four counts,

And you're going to hold for four counts.

So just follow along and enjoy the meditation.

Let's breathe in,

Great practice! Syncing the chord progression to the breath stages is a great way to stay in time. I like this concept.
