Hello,
I'm Diana and I'd like to welcome you to today's meditation,
Become a White Magician.
I invite you to have a candle lit or a diffuser going with some lavender in it for this meditation.
So let's get started.
Begin by finding a place where you can be alone for the duration of this meditation.
A place where you can put your device down and have some earphones in or on.
A place where you can sit comfortably with your back supported and your feet flat on the floor.
Or you can decide to put your feet up when you so desire.
When you prefer to do so,
You can also choose to lay down.
But ideally in a place where you do not normally sleep so that you can stay awake for the duration of this meditation.
Make sure that you stay warm during this meditation.
So maybe use a blanket to cover yourself when that's needed.
And now,
Please relax as much as you can and let my voice guide you through this meditation.
Allow your body to find a position of ease.
Let your spine be long.
Let your shoulders be soft.
And let your face relax.
Close your eyes gently.
And begin to draw your awareness inwards.
Like the tide returning to the depths.
Take a long breath in through your nose.
Slowly let it out through your mouth.
And again,
Breathe in deeply.
Let your breath become the anchor to this moment.
As you settle into your breath,
Allow the external world to drift to the background.
This is your sacred time.
This is your time to reconnect with your inner wisdom.
It is time to remember the magic you carry in your word.
In the ancient Toltec tradition,
The word is seen as the most powerful tool you possess.
A tool of creation.
A gift of transformation.
You can use it to build.
Or you can use it to break.
You can use it to liberate.
In this space,
Let us turn towards the light.
Let us become white magicians.
Those who cast spells of love.
Of healing.
Take a deep breath in.
And as you breathe out,
Feel the intention of being impeccable with your word wash over you.
Let the following words settle into your mind.
Repeat them slowly in your mind with each breath.
I speak with integrity.
I speak with love.
I speak with care.
My words create beauty.
Let the truth of it root deep within you.
Let your breath carry it into every single cell of your body.
The words we use towards others and towards ourselves carry energy.
They are like seeds.
Every compliment or every criticism is a seed that can grow.
Reflect for a moment.
What kind of spells have you cast today with your words?
Were they nourishing?
Were they harsh?
Were they unconscious?
This is not to judge,
Only to witness with honesty and compassion.
And always awakening.
Now gently recall a time,
Recent or long ago,
When someone's words felt like a curse.
Feel it briefly.
And then,
With your next breath,
Release it.
Imagine their words dissolving into light.
You are no longer under that spell.
Now recall a moment when someone's words were a blessing,
Kind.
Let that warmth fill your chest,
Your belly,
And you can offer that same gift to others.
You can choose to speak like that with magic.
Repeat the following gently with the breath.
I speak to bless.
I speak to heal.
I speak to uplift.
The most powerful spells are the ones we speak to ourselves.
What do you say to yourself silently,
Daily?
Are those words empowering or do they keep you small?
Today we rewrite that script.
Today we become conscious of our inner word.
Say inwardly with tenderness and repeat it gently with the breath.
Kind to myself.
If you notice any resistance,
That's okay.
Just breathe and let your higher self hold you in compassion.
Visualize yourself as a child.
See their eyes.
See their heart.
And see their innocence.
Say to this younger version of yourself.
Feel that truth settle in.
It's now become your healing balm.
You are releasing yourself from old spells.
You are stepping into your own loving authority.
Being impeccable with your word is a daily devotion.
It's not perfection.
It's present.
It's choosing to speak from love and not fear.
It's knowing your words hold weight and using it with care.
Visualize yourself now as a white magician.
Calm.
Centered.
Radiant.
Your words flowing like honey.
Like clear spring water.
Each syllable a blessing.
Each phrase a healing balm.
With each breath affirm.
Affirm.
My word is rooted in truth.
My word creates space.
My word uplifts myself and others.
Feel the power in your chest.
Feel the steadiness in your heart.
And feel the clarity in your mind.
You are becoming a channel for goodness.
You are becoming a vessel of impeccability.
You are becoming the white magician you were born to be.
When you feel ready start to gently come back to the here and now.
Come back into the room.
Into your body.
Into your consciousness.
Your awareness.
And into your mind.
Take your space into this world back.
And as you're coming back into the present moment let yourself explore and say yes to the emotions that will continue to amplify.
The emotions of joy,
Peace and of relaxation.
During the rest of your day and the time to come.
Know that you can decide to continue to feel this way.
Take a deep breath in.
And out.
While keeping your eyes closed notice the sounds around you.
Notice how your body feels.
Feel the surface you're sitting or lying on under your body.
Feel the surface your feet are on.
Feel the clothing on your body.
Move your fingers a little.
And wiggle your toes a little.
Gently circle your shoulders.
And gently move your head from side to side.
You carry the power of the word in every moment.
Use it to bless your home.
Use it to nourish your family.
Use it to encourage your customers or clients.
Use it to rewrite the stories within yourself.
Speak as the white magician you are.
And take another deep breath in.
And let go when you're ready.
And when you're ready.
Gentlize.
Fully coming back to the present moment.
Stay seated for a little bit more time.
Look around the room and notice a few things around you.
And when you feel ready to do so.
You can sit up or you can stand up.
And return to going about your day.
And know that all the good that was experienced.
Will continue for the rest of the day.
And the time after.
