Let's begin our meditation today.
We're actually going to start by noticing how we physically feel and being very curious with our physical sensations.
Seeing if you can identify colors or shapes.
So even if you're saying that you feel pressure or tightness,
Do you know how large the tightness is?
Do you know if it has edges or if it's smoky?
Other ways that we can feel things could be open or free.
Ripping,
Bracing.
And instead of pushing away sensations that might be uncomfortable,
Let's allow them to be with us and maybe even hold space for those areas.
And as you are tuning in,
If at any point you feel the need to kind of just shift or move,
Then please let yourself do that.
And notice if it's coming from your head or your body.
So if your body starts to lead the way,
Allow that to go.
Now locating our root chakra.
And from this red sphere,
We will first open it up.
So you may open it by associating a color with it.
Or maybe you begin to turn your sphere.
Or maybe even you can see the red light shining open.
So as your root chakra begins to open,
We will ensure that we are grounded.
So from this area,
Roots will begin to grow down through the earth.
So we will grab onto the center of the earth and lock us fully in.
And we will do the exact same thing on the other side.
So at our crown chakra.
Opening up this area,
Whatever it may mean to you to do so.
So we will open up our crown.
And a beautiful white light will connect from the top of your head all the way into source light.
And so you get to identify what source means to you.
Now beginning to protect our energy field,
We will place ourselves first in a blue bubble.
This keeps you safe and secure,
Your energy field safe and secure.
And outside of that bubble,
We will put a gold one around us.
This one is to bring in definitive answers.
And then outside of that one will be pink for unconditional love.
We will begin to call in the guides of the light.
So Archangel Michael,
Gabriel,
Jesus,
Saint Germain,
Saint Raphael.
Calling upon our mothers.
So your mothers of your ancestries that are of the highest vibration.
Calling upon Quan Yin who supports us in providing compassion for ourselves.
And Saraswati helps with intuition and creativity.
And we will call upon our guides that are of the highest vibration.
Those are the ones who support us.
We'll start to relax ourselves a little bit more coming to our breath.
Specifically,
I want you to notice your exhale.
And with each exhale,
You will soften,
Release,
Let go a little bit more than the last one.
Just noticing that when we exhale,
The body just simply falls.
There's that natural letting go sensation that comes with the exhale.
I'm getting our body to relax.
And even if you notice points that are maybe holding on and gripping,
Carrying them with you,
Letting go what you can let go.
Bringing your awareness now to your heart center.
In this space,
I want you to ask yourself,
How am I doing?
Maybe for you,
One word comes up or medley of sensations and feelings.
When you ask yourself that question,
I want you to notice if there was anything that physically shifted inside.
And if you chose a word or an emotion that might be negatively associated with a certain emotion,
I want you to then bring in the exact opposite and place it in your heart center.
We're not getting rid of how we truly feel.
We're just trying to bring in the opposite.
So that we can be more open to maybe starting to go in that direction.
As that word or emotion is in your heart center,
Beginning to see or feel light surrounding that word or that emotion.
And this light is going to expand throughout your entire body,
Moving upward to the crown of your head,
Expanding out through your arms,
Into your fingertips.
Then the light of that word,
That energy will lower down all the way through the torso.
Into your legs and into the feet.
Bring yourself to a scene of the ocean and the beach.
You're at the water's edge.
Your feet are supported by the sand.
But with the water,
They sink down.
They sink in a little bit deeper so that the soles of your feet,
Maybe even up to your ankles,
Are covered.
Re-grounding yourself,
Connecting with the earth.
And as you look across the water,
You know that there's something a little bit extra special about this body of water.
It feels strong.
It feels light.
It feels peaceful.
You can even see that it's sparkling.
It's the most brilliant blue and greens you've ever seen.
As you stand here on the water's edge,
Deciding what you want to keep with yourself and what you want to release into the sand.
And it could be associated with those emotions that you had and named earlier.
And even deciding to hold on to a negative emotion because maybe you want to learn something from it or maybe you're not quite there and ready to let it go.
Or maybe you are.
So you can even imagine as if you are standing on the water's edge and you're just shake.
And it's this freeing,
Fun,
Like,
Dance like a child and you're shaking your head and your hands and your arms and you're just letting everything that is not serving you just fall off.
And you can even see the sand kind of eat it up and recycle it.
And whenever you feel ready,
Jump,
Dive,
Dance,
Run into that water and heal yourself.
Let the water rinse over your entire body.
Getting rid of any fragments or debris,
Anything that is not serving you right now.
And if you took anything with you,
Knowing that the water can formulate a lesson or anything that might serve you.
Spending the last several minutes in silence doing whatever you might need.
Maybe you stay in the water.
Maybe you float.
Maybe you come to your breath.
The first thing that comes to you,
Staying with that until you hear my voice again.
Missing it wherever you are.
Bringing yourself back into the room where you're located.
Check in with your physical body one last time in this session.
Checking in with your breath.
Noticing any shifts,
Any changes.
Hoarding ourselves back into the earth for more time.
And while it might not have been as obvious that our guides were with us,
Still thanking them.
Connecting to your heart center.
And you can either physically touch your heart center or just mentally bring your awareness there.
Acknowledging how you're feeling right now,
How you're doing.
Sending yourself love and gratitude for showing up this evening.
And from my heart center to yours,
I'm deeply grateful that you've joined me this evening.
