Cultivating calm and uncertainty meditation.

Find a comfortable position either seated with your spine tall or lying down with your body at ease.

Gently close your eyes,

Take a deep breath in through your nose and slowly exhale through your mouth.

Let yourself arrive fully in this moment.

Bring your awareness to your body.

Notice where it makes contact with the surface beneath you.

Allow your muscles to soften.

With every exhale feel yourself becoming heavier,

More supported,

More grounded.

Scan through your body gently.

Relax the space between your eyebrows.

Soften your jaw.

Release any tension in your neck and shoulders.

Allow your arms,

Chest,

Belly and legs to settle.

Let your body know it's safe to rest.

Now shift your attention to your breath.

Let it flow naturally.

Feel the inhale as it enters.

Feel the exhale as it leaves.

No need to force anything.

Just observe.

Your breath is your anchor in times of uncertainty.

Inhale I am here.

Exhale I am safe.

Repeat this with the rhythm of your breath.

Life doesn't always offer clarity and that's okay.

In this moment you don't need all the answers.

You only need to be with what is.

Imagine yourself standing calmly in a gentle breeze.

Not resisting it.

Not chasing it.

Just present.

You are rooted.

You are open.

And you are allowed to rest even without resolution.

Silently repeat I find calm in the unknown.

I trust the unfolding.

Allow the words to settle in your heart like a quiet reassurance.

Begin to bring your awareness back to your body.

Notice the sensation of the air around you.

The support beneath you.

Gently wiggle your fingers and toes.

Take one final deep breath in.

And a long breath out.

When you're ready,

Softly open your eyes.

Carry this calm with you into the rest of your day knowing you can return to it at any time.
