Namaste sannyasa family and everyone.

A very warm welcome to all of you in this daily live meditation session with me,

Nihan Se.

We are meditating on 112 meditation techniques of Vigyan Bhairav Tantra.

This human body is such a sophisticated creation.

A creation in mechanism,

A creation in chemistry,

A creation in energetics,

In its magnetism and in dimensions which have even no name.

Such a multi-dimensional sophisticated system that we are given and we hardly know anything about ourselves.

We hardly know anything about our body.

All these hundreds of years of science has only scratched the surface of what is this body,

This space suit that we are in while travelling through time and space.

From infinity to infinity.

In this eternity of time and space,

We are travelling in this space suit,

This body,

This mind,

This mechanism of energy,

This mechanism of magnetism,

Of its chemistry,

Of its physics,

Of its biology and so many more dimensions which are yet to be explored,

Which are yet to make the understanding of ourselves complete.

If we were to just quantify how much we understand about ourselves,

Science may assume that we know maybe 80-90% about ourselves.

But that's just 1%,

One little fraction of who we really are.

Even Yoga,

Even these thousands of years of ancient sciences,

Of Yoga and Tantra,

They are not a complete science.

None of the sciences,

None of the forms of knowledge,

From the modern science to the ancient science to the spiritual science,

Any kind of science,

Any form of knowledge,

Any body of knowledge is incomplete.

Remember that you are so vast,

You are so infinite,

You are so multi-dimensional,

Each one of you,

Each one of us,

Do not underestimate this body that you have,

This has unlimited powers,

Unlimited dimensions to it.

Even if you go into this exploration through science,

Through Yoga,

Through Tantra or any other form of knowledge body,

It will take millennials to really capture what is this whole mechanism.

This almost magical,

Magnificent mechanism that is given to us.

And we are going through this experience of this mechanism completely unaware.

We know maybe just a few things,

Where to put the food,

What to do,

How to have all these crazy thoughts,

How to move the body,

How to walk,

And so on,

Just few things.

And see that even in this spectrum,

We get glimpses of the magnificence of this body.

On one hand,

You can climb the Everest and do all sorts of things,

Jump out of a plane,

Climb walls,

Dive into the ocean,

You do so many things with the body,

And on the other hand just a little thorn,

A small thorn in your feet can completely paralyze you,

Can make you completely dysfunctional.

See that the understanding of oneself is so incomplete that the way we take ourselves,

Our body is yet to be defined,

Yet to be completed,

And the only way to learn about oneself is through self-awareness.

Is not just through these knowledge bodies of some instruments of the science,

Or some frameworks,

Some philosophies,

Some views from yoga and tantra,

Which also have looked very deeply into the system of this human body,

Into the energetics,

Into the magnetism,

Into the chemistry of human body,

And created holistic views,

Holistic sciences out of that.

All that has their own place,

But unless you become self-aware,

Unless you decide to know about yourself,

By yourself,

By your own awareness,

This journey remains incomplete,

And you will miss this wonderful,

Magnificent opportunity to be in this body,

In this short period,

In this life,

And not knowing what it is.

Such a fascinating experience of this body,

And we are caught up in its miseries,

We are caught up in our feet getting stumbling upon each other,

Our hands getting crossed in between each other,

And living a life where we are not knowing what we are having,

This system,

This amazing system that we are having for us.

If we get even a little more aware about ourselves,

So many problems that you are facing will be resolved in your life.

You may not even imagine what all sorts of problems that you are going through have the solution in self-awareness.

You may go to therapists,

You may go to psychologists,

You may go to energy healers,

You may go to all sorts of physicians,

All sorts of people that help you in the process,

They have their own place,

But the ultimate is self-awareness.

The ultimate is your own light shining upon yourself.

In that awareness,

In that your own light shining upon yourself.

It is not only showing you what is possible,

But it gives you the access of this experience of the body,

This access of the experience of this life through this body.

And right now,

We are just at the surface,

At the tip of the iceberg,

So much is there to be explored.

Let us take a couple of questions from our sannyasa family meditators who have experienced some troubles in their life through or some experiences which they cannot explain.

Let us meditate,

Let us understand those experiences and move towards more self-awareness about oneself,

About our system,

This energy system that we live in.

The first question.

Sometimes in your sessions,

I feel the waves of energy rising through my body.

It makes me even feel very sexual.

Is it something just happening to me?

What to do?

Sometimes in your sessions,

I feel the waves of energy rising through my body.

Please see that these sessions are not talks.

These sessions are energies.

These sessions have a vibration to it.

This is what I call as tantra vibration.

As we go through the tantra journey,

The vibration is of tantra.

These sessions are pure vibration.

And of course,

When you come in contact with this vibration,

It penetrates through your body,

It shakes up,

It interacts your entire energy system.

If that is not happening,

If you are not feeling the waves of energy in your body,

Then you have missed.

Then this whole thing remains only on your intellectual level.

You may feel good about certain topics,

Certain agreements,

Certain disagreements in your mind about what is being said,

But you will miss this experience which is happening.

And when this energy is rising in you,

It is unfolding and liberating your energies.

Tantra is liberation of energies which you have been suppressing and not because of your fault or anybody's fault.

Just the way we live in this life.

We are designed to live in a certain way where you are contracting yourself,

Where you are suppressing yourself.

Your infinite energies are made into a very small finite function.

The function in which you operate through your 24-7,

You go to work,

You function there in your energies.

So much suppression of emotion,

So much suppression of thought,

So much suppression of your energies has happened all throughout the ways in which we live that as soon as you come in contact with the session,

With the vibration of the session,

Your energies once again rise,

Awaken and are liberated.

In that liberation,

You feel the waves of the energy rising in you.

And as this energy rises in you,

It goes through various centers.

All these suppressions,

Be it sexual or be it of the heart or be it of the intellect,

It does not matter.

All these suppressions,

When they are touched,

When this unfoldment happens,

Sudden release of energy happens in you and it can be sexual,

It can be you will feel extreme love in your heart.

It may be that you have been suppressing love for a very long time and as soon as you come in this pure vibration of pure love,

Of pure consciousness of the truth,

You are once again resonating.

Your heart is once again resonating to the love of these sessions and you feel once again extreme love.

Similarly,

You may also feel extreme sexuality where the energy as it moves from your Kundalini,

From the base of your infinite energies as it rises up towards enlightenment,

Towards your crown chakra,

Towards Sahasrara,

Along the way it travels and it shakes up,

It vibrates,

It removes all the suppressions from your body.

So when this is happening,

Allow that to happen.

See that this is normal.

This is normal because you have been living a very abnormal life.

You have not been living your energies in their free expression.

Therefore as this Tantra vibration touches and rises your energies,

From Kundalini energy rising from your Mooladhara to your Sahasrara,

As the energy rises,

It will create all these expressions.

Allow these expressions to happen,

Allow this release of suppression to happen.

You may become sexual for a while but it will settle,

This energy will transform into love,

It will transform into enlightenment for you.

This is the same energy which is there in your base.

I've spoken about Ida,

Pingala,

Sushmana and these energies that are rising from the base,

From the Kundalini that is there in you.

I have talked about this esoteric framework of yoga,

Of Tantra philosophy as well,

In which you learn how these energies are stored in your Kundalini and how to awaken these energies and take them up to Sahasrar.

You don't even need to know about these frameworks.

You do not need to even practice something specific to raise your Kundalini.

All you have to do is to be open to the Tantra vibration of these sessions.

As you open,

You receive.

As you receive,

The energy rises.

As the energy rises,

It has its expressions.

It has its ways of breaking free of all the suppressions it has gone through for all these years in your life and not just this life,

All these lifetimes.

So allowing this expression to happen,

Remembering it is the same energy that will result in becoming love,

Will become your enlightenment.

So take this as an opportunity to have these energies liberated in your life.

There is one more question related to that but we will take it tomorrow.

Starting at the time,

Let us move in silence,

Let us move in meditation,

Contemplating,

Feeling about our energies,

Not ourselves as just this mass of physical body but moving from this gross to the subtle so that we become aware of our energies.

How to do that?

You first of all become aware of your breath.

Your breath is a wonderful regulator of your energies.

It is very closely linked to your energies.

If your breath is flowing naturally,

If your breath is flowing in a certain harmony,

Your energies are also in a certain harmony.

So as you become self-aware of the breath,

As you become aware of the breath,

It takes you from the gross to the subtle,

From the physical sensations of the breath to the energies of the breath.

And not just the energies of the breath,

Your energies altogether.

And the direction that we are taking in this meditation is towards you recognizing your body,

Your energies.

Feeling yourself as energies,

Creating this mental image of what is this shape of your energies.

And you will see there are contractions,

There are suppressions in your energies.

And as you become aware of it,

It gives you that opportunity to heal.

It gives you that opportunity to once again liberate,

Once again express itself.

Let us close our eyes and take a posture that is naturally comfortable to you.

Take a nice deep breath.

Inhale from the nose.

And exhale from the nose,

Allowing your body to rest along with it.

Another deep breath in from the nose.

And exhale from the nose.

Naturally resting long,

Finding a restful posture,

Settling into rest and alertness that finds balance and awareness on your breath.

Actually observing the flow of your breath.

From our place of awareness,

We are brutally Cronata.

Without changing your breath,

Without trying to hold anything about your breath or your body,

Simply observe the natural flow of your breath.

Allowing the awareness to settle,

To flow alone with your breath.

From the physical to the subtle,

Observe,

Feel the flow of your breath.

The flow of energy along with your breath.

From your breath to your whole body,

Energy rising and falling.

In this awareness,

Allowing the energies to reorganize.

Do not try to change anything or hold on to anything,

Allowing it to happen.
