Carla will guide you through a class designed to help you reduce anxiety through a combination of breathwork and sound healing techniques. In this class, we address the anatomy of anxiety directly and soothe it back into homeostasis by biohacking the body through the gate of the breath. The breath is the entry point into the autonomic nervous system and therefore the key to regulating all interconnected systems of the body. This creates enough space for the remembrance that anxiety is not you but merely moving through you, which can bring a lot of relief and serenity. The music is infused with quantum sound healing and 528Hz frequencies that assist this purpose. For a better sound experience, please use headphones. Please note that the breathholds are not for Pregnant women; people with uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes, epilepsy; Post-surgery 6 weeks; or Heart disease; Rather, just breathe deeply while breathholds are indicated for maximum benefit.

Welcome,

Dear heart,

To the beginning of now.

We will slow down the breath.

Be in the now without making that a goal.

Let go of trying to let go.

Allow the breath to invite you into the present moment undividedly,

Fully and wholesomely,

Right now.

Now take a deep breath in and hum it out.

Pause for a moment,

Relax the belly,

Soften the shoulders,

And take another deep breath in and hum it out.

The resonance of your voice is sacred and soothing.

Come back to normal breathing as we slowly come back into the second round.

To slow inhale through the nose.

And a slow,

Equal exhale.

Keep the breath circular like an ocean wave crashing on the shore.

No pauses between the inhales and exhales.

Notice if your body is bracing against life.

And gently breathe ease and security into those tight areas.

Everything is already okay.

Taking a deep breath in through your nose here and humming it out.

Slightly pause.

Inhale deeply and hum it out.

For a moment relax in your muscles and inhale,

Humming it out for the last time.

Just allowing the breath to fall into a deep,

Natural rhythm.

A mind that doesn't stop and thoughts that does not know silence.

It might appear that silence is the opposite of thoughts.

But it is actually the backdrop.

Silence holds thoughts.

It is okay,

My dear love.

Stop trying to silence them.

Notice you are held strong and stable like a tree.

Completely safe.

Let these difficult feelings be advisors and even friends.

They all belong and have dignity.

Notice the power in your sensitivity.

Be aware of the unshakable presence in your fragility.

Turn towards yourself.

Listen.

And allow any ideas about yourself to drop away.

Let go of anything and everything.

That is merely an idea.

How you should be or how this moment should be.

Even if it doesn't feel like you are.
