Carla will guide you through a powerful breathwork and sound healing practice designed to help you improve your focus and concentration. Breath flowing through different nostrils has a different effect on your body and energy flow. Your nostrils also naturally oscillate, meaning that one is more open than the other at any given time. We will stimulate the energy in the nostril that invokes focus in a specific rhythm with supportive music and energy isochronic tones. Caution: Please be mindful of when and how many times per day you do this to not upset the natural flow of energy. Just like the ocean, our bodies also have tides. For a better sound experience, please use headphones. Please note that the breath holds are not for: Pregnant woman Uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes, and epilepsy Post-surgery 6 weeks Heart disease Rather just breathe deeply while breath holds are indicated for maximum benefit. Welcome dear heart,

To this breathwork meditation to increase your focus.

Take your left hand and place it underneath your right armpit and slightly squeeze into your hand and that armpit.

For the first round,

Close your left nostril with your right index finger.

We're going to breathe in through the right nostril and out through the mouth.

A powerful and energizing breath to stimulate focus.

Here we go.

In,

Out.

In,

Out.

In,

Out.

In,

Out.

In,

Out.

In,

Out.

The breath is powerful,

But not forceful.

Make sure that you breathe deep down into the belly.

Use the diaphragm as you breathe.

In,

Out.

In,

Out.

Deep breath in.

Hold for a moment as you squeeze every muscle.

And release.

Exhale,

Release any posture.

Drop the chin down into the chest and hold.

Suspend the breath here.

Enter this emptiness as the source of all life.

Override the mental urgency to breathe.

Breathe.

Breath flows in,

Fully nourishing.

Suspend the breath here.

Concentrate on the third eye.

As a pearl-sized energy ball,

Spinning.

Feel the attention gathering more and more.

And focusing it into that single point.

Keep that focus and just let the air out.

Exhale.

Allow a natural breath before we move into the second round.

Bring your left hand into the right armpit and squeeze a little bit,

But we breathe through both the nostrils this time.

Exhale.

In,

Out.

In,

Out.

In,

Out.

Allow the life force in the breath to feed the focus.

Feel the attention amplifying to the present moment.

To what is here,

What is alive.

Inhale deeply.

Hold for a moment while you squeeze your face into a smallest little ball.

And release,

Relax as you exhale.

The breath offering itself to infinity.

The shoulders,

The abdomen.

The mind expands.

The breath inviting a deep breath in through the nose.

Hold.

Concentrating attention and awareness into the third eye.

Using the full capacity of the mind.

In this interlude,

Experience opens into exquisite vastness.

Focused and concentrated.

Allowing the breath to flow in its natural rhythm.

Full,

Deep breaths.

Embrace this infinity without reservation.

You are its vessel.

Be present with the concentrated focus state.

In.

Feeling alert,

Attentive.

And using the full capacity of your being.

Namaste,

Dear heart.

Namaste.
