When you are attentive to the wisdom of your body,

It will support you.

Your body will guide you to what it needs in order to be nourished,

Strong,

And ever so healthy.

The thoughts of your mind direct the cells of your body,

Which you think you become.

Let this be your path.

Return to the expression,

The experience of gentle communication with your body,

Of self-love,

Of body love.

Begin where you will feel most comfortable.

You may wish to lie where your body can be still,

Where it feels best supported.

Allow yourself to relax,

To let go of tension.

You may use your out-breath as a means of releasing,

Letting go of all thoughts,

All distractions.

Close your eyes and begin the journey within.

Begin by sensing.

Witness to what you notice.

Notice,

For example,

How it feels to breathe from inside your body.

Do you feel movement?

As you bring breath into your being,

What happens?

Where does your breath go?

What if every in-breath as it entered through your nose or mouth immediately filled your lungs?

What if every out-breath removed all of your senses?

All of what your body did not need?

Much like a cleansing,

An ever-present,

Automatic experience of bringing in what you need to sustain you.

This is for you to be able to do everything,

To support every function of your body.

Breath is one means to experiencing homeostatic balance.

Let yourself revel in the beauty of breath as it enters your being.

As you witness it,

As you receive it in your body.

And then as you release breath,

Feel this energy,

The energy of breath,

As expansive.

Feel it as soothing.

Feel what sensations you experience.

Each breath generates a new wave of awareness.

Be attentive to the sensations felt within your body.

What feels soothed?

Where do you feel relaxed?

What does relaxation feel like?

Find presence with each motion of in-breath and every exhalation.

Be drawn to what area of your body needs your attention.

Let your focus be here for a time.

Direct the flow of life-force energy felt throughout your body into this area.

With each in-breath,

Feel the energy of the universe throughout your being.

And most specifically,

Flowing into this area.

Allow this life-force energy to flow into the area that needs attention and your love.

Let this energy and your attention be what you feel in this place within your body.

If you wish,

You may also send positive and loving thoughts to this area.

All the while,

You remain conscious,

Mindful of your gentle inhalations and exhalations.

This is all you have to do.

And then,

To say the words,

I love you,

Directed into this area of your body.

Say it in silence or aloud.

I love you.

I love you.

I love you.

I love you.

Choose to say I love you to your entire body.

As you imagine and feel life-force energy that is always flowing through you.

I love you.

I love you.

I love you.

I love you.

Listen.

Sense.

Feel.

Experience the wisdom of your body in communication with you.

What does your body say?

What do you feel within your body?

With each in-breath,

You breathe in life-force energy.

Feel the effects of this in your being now.

Feel the wonderful presence of attention directed within to each part of your body.

To where your attention is needed,

Be attentive.

Notice.

Offer love spoken clearly.

I love you.

I love you.

I love you.

When you are ready,

Begin the journey back.

Be present in your body.

Be attentive to your surroundings.

Open your awareness to experience your body where you are.

Bring full presence back into this moment as you gently open your eyes.

Feel the awakened connection with your body.

With your being.

And the feeling of life-force energy.

As it continues to fill you with each new in-breath.

Thank you.
