Good morning and hello this morning prenatal meditation is Designed to help you engage your breath Early in the morning before you start your day.

I Invite you to come on to your back Bringing the soles of your feet together If you have pillows a blanket or blocks near you You can use them to place underneath your knees So your knees can find rest Begin to sink a little bit deeper Allowing whatever is supporting you the floor the couch or the bed To fully take the weight of your body as you sink a little bit deeper this morning As you breathe begin to notice How your chest rises as you inhale and fall as you exhale This morning I invite you to just breathe using your normal breathing pattern If your mind is wandering at any point throughout this meditation Find your breath find your breath Focus on your breath The journey through pregnancy is taxing on the mind taxing on the body But finding a few moments to pause to breathe To focus on you Will help you Find comfort in an ever-changing journey I Offer this calming breath exercise this morning where you will begin to inhale through the nose for four counts and release through the nose for four counts Let's begin inhale one two three four exhale Four three two one Let's do that again inhale one two three four Exhale four three two one Let's do that again inhale one two three four Exhale four three two one Continue to count Continue to breathe this morning Counting to four as you inhale and counting from four to one as you exhale And as you count maybe you notice what's going on in your body Are you still holding tightness Are you still holding tension this morning I Invite you to release it Continue to count and continue to breathe Continue to allow yourself to settle this morning Spending just these few moments breathing Inhaling and exhaling through the nose nice and calmly Continue to count in this manner Continue to breathe and as you go about your day this morning If any anxiety if any spiraling thoughts if any stress enters the body I Invite you to just pause and take this calming breath awareness exercise with you throughout your day Remembering that this is a journey And at this journey and there is a beautiful life force that you are growing inside of you I Invite you this morning to just continue to breathe Continue to find calm and calm Continue to find calmness and Continue to engage the breath today.

Morning breathing practice with 4 count equal ratio breathing. Denisia is very clear with her cues and instructions. I might add for mother’s that you don’t have to lay on your back, especially from your 2nd trimester as it is uncomfortable. I prefer practicing breathwork in seated on a cushion. Thanks again 🥰
