Welcome to your peaceful morning.

This morning we are going to take a moment to pause together and find some calm restorative energy before we step into our day.

Wherever you are notice that you are secure and safe listening to my voice.

Eyes can gently close if it feels good.

First let's find our deep calming breath.

Here is your anchor.

As you breathe you may notice thoughts buzzing around.

This is completely natural.

We can acknowledge these thoughts and then gently guide our attention back to the breath.

Notice if there is any part of your body that would like attention this morning.

Perhaps it would feel nice to shake out your arms or to roll your neck.

This time is for you.

When you are ready let's take three strong deep breaths together.

While you breathe in and out you might hear a few words and visualizations that are meant to enhance the experience of each breath.

Here we go.

Inhale,

Drawing in helpful energy.

Exhale,

Softening and releasing.

Inhale,

Feeling that powerful restorative flow of air.

Exhale,

Softening and releasing even more.

Inhale,

Cleansing and refreshing.

Exhale,

Feeling calm and strong.

Wonderful.

Now as we breathe let's envision a word that brings to light something that might help us along our way today.

An intention perhaps.

For me today it is patience.

What is it for you?

As we breathe in with every inhale that we take now and at each step in our day we can become more and more in tune with the very essence of this word.

Inviting it to bring us exactly what we need.

As you take your first step into your day I would like to leave you with these words from me to you.

Remember you are a powerful force.

Sometimes things can feel daunting,

Overwhelming and even scary.

One breath at a time you can navigate anything that comes your way.

Absolutely anything.

All of the tools and resources that you need are either already within you or are within close reach of you.

When you can pause and breathe you'll find what you need.
