
ASMR Guided Heart Center Meditation

In this meditation, I will be guiding you into your heart center: a space of silence, stillness, and unconditional love. Feel free to close your eyes and meditate with me. You can also come back to this meditation at anytime to repeat the process whenever you feel like.

Today we're going to be doing a meditation for the heart center If you're ready,
Let's get right into it So let's begin Begin by finding a comfortable position I recommend that you sit upright This way,
You are active in the process of meditating You can cross your legs or you can have them right in front of you Feet on the floor Just make sure that your spine is straight Your chest is open and your shoulders are relaxed In fact,
You can roll your shoulders back now and drop the shoulders When you're ready,
You can close your eyes and relax the face Loosen the jaw Allow the jaw to just drop Loosen the lips Relax the eyes Make space in the forehead Allow the entire face to be relaxed Relaxed Relaxed Now notice the shoulders Allow the shoulders to drop once again and release all tension from this area Allow the arms to relax Allow any excess energy to flow through the arms and out the hands,
Relaxing the hands and fingers Allow the chest to relax Breathing in comfortably and naturally Relax the belly Allow the belly to rise and fall as it naturally does Relax the legs Notice if you are tensing the legs If so,
Allow that tension to flow through your legs and out the feet Relax the legs and the feet So the entire body now is soft and relaxed The entire body now is soft and relaxed Let's take some deep breaths Breathe into the belly Then breathe out Breathe into the belly Breathe out Breathe in Breathe out As you continue to take deep slow breaths see if you can slow them down even more Remember,
Recognize that the more relaxed you are the slower your breathing becomes So as your body relaxes more and more your breathing deepens and slows down slows down more and more Breathe into the belly Breathe out Breathe in Breathe out Breathe in Breathe out Breathe in Breathe out Breathe in Breathe out Beautiful You're doing great At this point,
I invite you to become aware of your head space This is where the modern man tends to place his focus Most of us rest our awareness in the head consumed with the need to think rationalize,
Judge,
Analyze A lot of our experiencing happens in the head This is why we have so many thoughts on a daily basis Your thoughts are like waves and you are this vast big ocean When we are too consumed in the head and overwhelmed with our thoughts it can sometimes feel like a storm happening over the ocean The waves are crashing against each other and there is thunder there is rain there is all this commotion It's noisy It's dramatic It's overwhelming But because you are this ocean and not these waves you can in fact drop into the ocean and dive into the depths of this ocean You don't need to stay afloat You can in fact drop into the heart of this ocean So I invite you to do that now Allow your sense of awareness to flow from the head down into the heart Allow your awareness to flow down down,
Down into the heart You may realize that there is stillness here There is silence It is quiet here There is silence It is quiet here You look up and you see a storm above you You see the waves and the rain rippling upon the ocean But you remain unaffected from the depths of this ocean where everything is still You can simply observe all the commotion up there There is stillness all around you There is silence all around you This is the quality of the heart space In Zen we call this the sound of one hand clapping So listen to the sound of one hand clapping So listen to the sound of one hand clapping There is substance in this silence This silence is full It is full of what you may want to call love It is full of unity of beauty wholeness unconditionality oneness compassion So sit with that bask in it Enjoy it Enjoy it Very good You're doing amazing You're doing amazing You're doing amazing Now that you have familiarized yourself with your heart centre allow yourself to take deep breaths into the base of your heart centre As you exhale,
Breathe out into the universe the compassion that you feel here Breathe in to the heart and breathe out into the universe Breathe in to the base of your heart and breathe out sending compassion out into the world Breathe in to the heart and breathe out into the world And if you'd like you can give yourself permission to think of a loved one or many loved ones and with every exhale send a love to them Breathing in to the heart and breathing out sending love to your loved ones Now allow yourself to think of those who you find hard to love Perhaps people you find difficult to forgive whom you've had a falling out with Send love to them as well Breathe in into the heart and breathe out sending love,
Compassion Notice that because you are situated in the heart centre it is actually becoming easier to love them Now I invite you to send love out into the world to the entire collective and to the earth to all that holds and supports us Breathe in to the heart and breathe out sending love to the world the collective and mother earth Beautiful Let's conclude the meditation here Of course,
If you are wishing to remain in a state of meditation you're of course welcome too and you can continue to meditate well after this video is over However,
If you'd like to arise from meditation know that you can still continue on with the rest of your day while feeling centred in the heart For the rest of the day,
Your awareness will sit in the heart and you will be emanating love from this space to people,
Environments and to yourself Let's take 3 deep breaths Breathe in Breathe out Breathe in Breathe out Breathe in Breathe out Whenever you're ready you can open your eyes and come back into your space,
Into this present moment You may want to observe your body Move your toes,
