Welcome to this moment.

Start to turn inward,

Closing your eyes slowly if you'd like.

Invite a deep breath in,

And a big exhale,

Arrive here.

Feel your body start to sink into whatever's holding you,

The chair,

The ground beneath you.

Let everything that just happened float away.

Allow everything that is on your way to wait.

Just breathe here.

Despite all that is changing and shifting and rearranging,

Your breath can stay the same.

Your breath,

Your heart can be a constant.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

I know my friend,

What it feels like to want to see everything through,

To want to be on the other side of change or transition,

But we can't rush it,

We can't rush the unfolding.

All we can do is see the change in a whole new light.

Allow your hands to soften,

To release any grip,

Any desire to control or rush or fix.

Let it be.

Let the change change.

Let everything shift.

What would it feel like to bring in this energy of optimism?

Wild House Paper writes,

Optimism is the art of choosing light even when shadows loom.

It's not about ignoring life's challenges,

But about seeing possibility in every moment,

Knowing that the path ahead is bright.

We innately focus on what's missing,

Where optimism invites us to focus on what's here,

On the beauty in the small victories,

The lessons and setbacks,

And the hope woven into the unknown.

Optimism is the quiet belief that even on the hardest days,

Something good is on the horizon.

It's a practice of trusting ourselves,

And it doesn't demand perfection,

But reminds us that even in imperfection,

There's progress.

It's a gentle choice to hold on to hope and to believe that there's always a silver lining.

Breathe around that,

Inhale,

Exhale.

Despite everything in flux,

Everything that is changing,

Rearranging,

Everything that is not settled or figured out,

Can you feel this warm energy of optimism?

Feel this light flood your entire soul,

Hold you,

Support you.

Can you see this shift in your life,

With the energy of optimism,

In a whole new light?

May you choose to see this season as a time of letting go,

Surrender.

May you open your heart and your palms to the natural flow of it all.

May you remember that you and your breath and your heart can be your one constant.

And bring in this energy of optimism and light and hope.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Notice what has shifted within you.

How do you feel now?

What a beautiful gift it is to shift our perspective,

To change the way we see change.

To remember the light.

Follow your breath in,

Follow your breath out.

Find a soft smile here,

Allow it to maybe feel silly.

Notice what changes within you.

Feel this positive energy radiate from your smile,

Lifting your chin,

Opening your arm.

It's going to be okay.

Blink your eyes open if they were closed.

Feel your smile grow just a little more,

And know that I am smiling with you.

You got this my friend,

From my heart to yours.
