Yourself to your practice by landing in a restorative space.

Listen to where your body wants to go.

Start to arrive through your breath.

Taking a slow inhale through your nose.

Slow exhale out your mouth.

Deepening your breath.

Inhaling and exhaling.

Closing the windows of your eyes.

Allow yourself to turn inward.

Devoting this time to meet your heart and your mind.

Breathe out.

Feel your forehead,

Your jaw.

Relax your shoulders,

Your neck,

Your baffin.

Fill your beat.

Slower exhale.

If I told you that the majority of your limiting beliefs are self-imposed to keep,

You can begin to unlearn these limiting beliefs,

Thoughts,

These ideas that are holding you back from settling into who you are truly.

First we must become really present and really see what is limiting us,

What is in our way.

Start to notice what's been on your mind.

It's holding you.

Making room that you do not need to believe.

Exhale.

Let it go.

The truth is,

If not for the wounds,

The conditioning prevent you.

The truth is,

You feel prepared to meet as you feel yourself take a new path instead of the well-worn of a limiting belief.

It's time for a detour.

Feeling this abundance of belief in self.

Knowing that you can break through all fears and choosing to be all the way.

Conditioning your heart could speak.

What would it say to you in this?

Give yourself the gift of this deep knowing.

I almost didn't choose this meditation because of the sound quality. I'm so glad I moved past that. This coincided with some deep trauma work I'm doing. It was beautiful, I was able to access a very old pre-verbal wound and bring it up for healing. I've never wept in meditation but I did today. It was perfect and healing. Thank you! I would love to know where that passage you read is from. Thank you again so very much from the bottom of my heart!

Really lovely. I had a big cry. Feels tied to inner child work. Good release. 💗🙏🏼
