You are the Sakshi.

You are the Sakshi.

You are not the body.

You are not the mind.

Recognizing this truth as a truth,

Not as a theory that you have by hearted.

Okay,

There is difference between borrowed knowledge and my own knowledge.

Do you understand this?

Borrowed knowledge is the other saint says so,

My guru says so,

Ekta says so,

This other teacher says so,

Therefore,

If so many sources say so,

That means I am not the body.

I am not the body.

Is this my knowledge?

No,

It is borrowed knowledge.

Right now,

You think you are the body.

That is your knowledge and accept that as the truth.

A lot of people on the spiritual path get pushed backward,

In fact,

Because of wrong beliefs.

They believe and they are not with their reality.

So there is always this inner war that goes on between these two.

To show the world,

They have to show the borrowed knowledge.

Inside,

They know that they are completely believing,

Knowing that I am the body.

And there is this inner tussle and this inner tussle gives rise to doubts,

Doubts not only about the teachers,

But doubts about the path itself.

And the highest doubt you could have is,

Oh,

There is nothing like enlightenment.

That was like the cherry on the top of the doubt cake for me.

So this kind of negativity sprouts from what?

From this inner war that is going on.

Who is responsible for this inner war?

I am.

It's my problem.

I created it.

I did it because I have borrowed knowledge and that is what I want to hold on to.

And I am ignoring my actual,

Real experience.

In Sanskrit,

The words are swabhava jnana and prabhava jnana.

Yes,

It is your responsibility as a sincere spiritual sadhak to delete the borrowed knowledge.

Delete it.

Fantastic.

Somebody has told me this.

I respect and honour this,

But it is not my truth yet and I have to work on that.

Then you will really move ahead.

But if you borrow this knowledge and say,

No,

No,

I believe it and that's it.

I don't need to work anymore.

Are you going anywhere?

You're not moving ahead.

Do you understand this?

The strongest foundation of Advaita is experiential knowledge.

Swabhava jnana.

Advaita does not advocate belief.

Advaita does not advocate faith.

You have faith in me and then it will happen to you.

And then you keep waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting and in that thing nothing is happening.

And you spend 20,

30,

40 years of your life doing that.

Experience.

You walk the path of jnana.

And I've told you this,

The path of jnana has three steps.

Shravana manana nididhyasa.

Shravana is actually really listening.

Really really listening.

Not just hearing while you are cleaning the kitchen and doing your laundry.

Really really listening is shravana.

Then is manana.

Really sitting and contemplating okay.

So if this is like this,

If there is this witness behind who is knowing that I am talking and it can also seize the thoughts,

I have to really become clear.

Yes this is true.

This is the meaning of manana.

Manana is not analysing intellectually and writing in your book and then forgetting about it.

Manana is actually experientially analysing.

Yes correct.

There is this witness and it is there all the time.

Not only in happy situations,

In explosive situations,

In depressing situations.

There is this witness in me that really was untouched.

Now begins nididhyasa,

That is practice.

Now I again and again make an attempt to be knowingly the awareness.

It's not that you are not the awareness.

There's never a chance that you're never the awareness.

You will always be the awareness but you are unaware that you are the awareness.

You are unaware that you are the knowingness.

Now I will knowingly be the knowingness.

I will knowingly be the awareness.

This is nididhyasa.

Yeah the actual practice.

So shravana,

Listening,

Manana,

Analysing experientially and the third is nididhyasa,

Actually practicing.

And you will definitely get this.
