Welcome to this sleep meditation,

The long version.

Begin by closing down your eyes and just getting as comfortable as you possibly can,

Allowing for any last minute adjustments as you begin to relax into the surface below you.

Breathing in,

Deep relaxation.

And just breathing out any tension.

Allowing any thoughts from the day to begin to empty from your mind.

Letting go of all the things that didn't get done.

Letting go of all the thoughts about what needs to be done tomorrow.

There is nothing more for you to do now.

There is nowhere else you need to be.

Except here.

Now.

Slowing down.

Giving yourself permission to rest.

It's time to unplug from the outside world as we begin to venture into dreamland.

Breathing in.

And out.

Allowing yourself to let go.

To let go of today.

Any worries or stress.

Anything that you do not want to carry into tomorrow.

Just let it go.

With each exhale.

You are letting it go.

As your mind clears.

Allowing your mind to become clear.

Comfortable and relaxed.

Being aware of the surface beneath you.

Feel your body becoming heavier.

Heavier.

Even heavier.

More comfortable.

More relaxed.

Allowing calmness.

Relaxation to begin to flow down through your body.

From the top of your head.

All the way down to the tips of your toes.

Every cell.

Every muscle.

Every inch of your body.

Can begin to loosen.

As we begin to journey a little deeper down into dream time now.

As we create space for the mind and the body and the spirit to heal.

So that you can awaken tomorrow even more in love with life and yourself.

So breathe a little more calm and peace in now.

Breathing out anything left over in the body.

Allowing your conscious mind to drift more.

Surrender any resistance to this moment.
