Self-healing is a natural function of the human body which is naturally biologically designed and structured to maintain health. The body deliberately stimulates its natural resources to restore its balance and harmony and a state of inner peace in the face of the inner conflict that has triggered suffering and illness. Today we are encouraging the brain to release the right hormones and molecules, to encourage natural healing processes. Namaste.

Relaxation and visualization are important because they impact our neuro-indocrine and immune systems.

We are going to slow down our breathing in order to promote well-being and healing.

I will ask you to breathe in until 4,

Then breathe out until 6,

Which will promote a relaxed state.

During the entire session.

Our body is formed with trillions of cells that are seeking harmony and equilibrium.

Breathe in,

To support your body,

The most important is to release all resistance.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Each time you focus on positive thoughts,

Emotions and sensations,

You allow your cells to return to their natural state.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Breathing deeply,

Allow your cells to align so that they can do their job.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Your cells respond to your emotional offering,

So when you think about love,

Peace,

Joy,

You literally infuse them with healing energy.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

When you suppress all resistance,

You allow your body to replenish by using its natural resources that are especially needed when it comes to your own healing.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Each time you choose to listen to your body,

Each time you choose to breathe mindfully and gently to feed your cells with oxygen,

You set a harmonious and positive environment in which healing is possible.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

When you live in harmony,

You support your body's immune system by helping it to target your condition or disease to restore your health and well-being.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

By releasing resistance a little more each day,

You allow the flow of your vital energy to repair and regenerate your body.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

When you breathe in and out,

Do it just because it feels good.

Dear Ellen. This meditation released something in me I wasn't expecting. A flood of tears came over me in acceptance of the terrible sadness I feel around my mother because I reject her. You allowed me to accept this painful feeling and to understand that I am longing for someone to save me and protect me from this awful feeling. Acceptance that it is present at the same time not hating myself for these shameful feelings was a new level of release in this lifelong confusion. Xoxo MπŸ’œ
