And really what it all comes down to is presence.

If you want to be able to feel blissful,

If you want to be able to bliss out,

There has to be particular things to do with your fundamentals,

Structurally in place.

And when I say structurally in place,

I mean that there must be a way that you are interacting with life,

Perceiving life,

Playing with life,

That shows that you are,

Part of you is eternal.

When you respond or just react to life and it's out of your ego,

Your compulsions,

Your way of instantly relating to things,

All this other stuff comes up and it holds you back from being able to be truly who you are,

Being truly what you are.

And so this is why it's so important to spend time in the nothingness,

To be able to have a mentor that you vibe with,

To be able to work in ways that don't involve the mind.

You know how important it is to be able to enjoy something and not have any thoughts,

Not have any emotions.

Presence doesn't equal thoughts and emotions.

Presence equals experience.

If you're present for something,

You can actually experience it.

If you're really present with someone,

You can get to know them.

Through them,

You can get to know everything else.

When we're present,

Truly present,

We're connected with everything,

Actually,

Because we're in a state of being.

There's a state of realization that's taking place within us.

It's going,

I'm here,

I can just be here.

I don't have to be having all these thoughts.

I don't have to be having all this feeling.

I don't have to be involved with all this other stuff.

I'm just in it.

And because everything is connecting,

Everything is vibrating,

Everything is in some state of activity.

And bouncing off one another,

It's really magical.

This is something that we can bliss out to when we bow down to that which is before us.

We must be present,

Right?

Because we're not just an attention.

We are in a way,

Including life within us.

We're saying,

Wow,

This is a part of me too.

I'm a part of that.

This is a thing that I'm in touch with.

This is a thing that I'm aware of.

And so I think this is very,

Very important for a human being,

Not only to have peace in their life,

But to be able to go beyond already to be already to be in the space of your divinity.

How to keep that,

You know?

Sometimes we get a little nibble and it's like,

Oh,

So good.

You know,

I want that again.

I'm going to try again.

And the next time it happens may not be so soon.

Sometimes it takes a while,

But when we know how to access that key,

I think when we allow ourselves to experience bliss within our body,

This is a huge activator for many things because when we are blissed out simply by breathing or by deepening our sense of gratitude or visualizing something fantastic and becoming a part of it,

Whatever it may be,

This is the goal.

This is really the goal this is really the goal to experience more of life,

To include more life within you so that you can feel like your boundaries are expanding.

Your experience of life is becoming more magical,

Progressing.

So one thing that's going to be good for this session is to light a candle or an oil lamp and prepare space for you to be open and present without distractions.

So I'll give you a bit of time to prepare for that.

Start to breathe in a little bit more deeply than usual,

A little bit deeper than you normally would.

Start to feel the whole body breathing.

If you're not already,

Please get into a comfortable posture.

You want as much of the body making contact with the floor when you're seated as possible.

If you're able to sit in Ardha Dasana,

That would be ideal.

Having your legs crossed,

Left leg on the inside and shoulders relaxed,

Arms relaxed,

Hands facing upward on the knees,

Resting on the top of the thighs and just allowing your head to naturally tilt up a bit.

Your eyes are focused on the space just between the forehead,

Between your brow,

Just allowing your body to rest here,

Rejuvenate here,

Feeling into this experience of being present right now.

Can we feel this space before we think about things?

Can we feel into this presence before having 10 other thoughts?

This is a comfortable position.

So even if you can just make yourself 5%,

10%,

15% more comfortable,

Just by slightly repositioning,

You can do so now.

See how comfortable and how supported you can make your body.

Everything leading to presence,

Quality of presence.

Quality of presence.

Everywhere we put the hands,

The wrists,

The arms,

The back,

The abs,

The hips,

The thighs,

The knees,

The legs,

Toes,

Where we put everything,

How we put everything leads to our conscious presence,

Leads to our unconscious presence.

How restful and alert can you feel in this moment?

Take a few cleansing breaths,

Feeling the air come in through the nose,

Cleansing,

Filling up your space with fresh air,

Releasing out through the nose.

Again,

Nose,

Out through the nose.

Just noticing how this cycle of breathing can be so soft,

Can be so soft,

Can be so soft in the nose.

Nostrils can feel the air gently passing,

The sense of grace,

Fluidity.

We are this bag of air constantly inflating and deflating.

How does our presence shift when we place our attention on the sensation of the air entering and leaving the nostrils?

When we bow down to life,

To the experience of being alive,

If this becomes a bit of a habit,

We can be grateful for everything.

Good,

Not so good,

The nasty,

The horrible,

Because gratefulness comes from within us that says,

I don't need much.

There's some things that I do need and if my needs are met,

I can be even more here,

Present.

As a grateful being,

I can bow down.

I don't need to be on the top.

I don't need to be conquering.

I don't need to be stomping on everything and making everything do it my way,

Me versus the universe.

Me,

Me,

Me.

Being grateful shows us where our place is in the entire universe,

In the entire scheme of things.

Now visualize yourself in this endless,

Vast,

Beautiful space of the miraculous cosmos,

Just so expansive,

So huge,

And you're just feeling the vastness,

Aware of the space.

You can see yourself from outside of yourself.

You can see your body and you appear to be peaceful,

Alive,

And well.

You appear to be completely supported,

Almost as if your presence,

Your energy is being bathed by the surrounding space and energy of that area.

Your heart is creating a little beat and your breathing starts to influence that beat.

Your breathing is very soft in through the nose and out through the nose,

Still in some capacity aware of that sensation of breath,

How sweet and soft it can be.

You can feel your heartbeat slow down just a little bit as you continue to see yourself peaceful,

Alive,

And well in this vast,

Beautiful,

Expansive cosmos.

The body is starting to receive some of the benefits of being in this position,

Breathing in this way.

There's a certain chemistry that is being triggered now and it's starting to flood throughout the whole body and give us a sense of heightened awareness,

Heightened sensitivity.

It's just heightening everything,

Isn't it?

Why is that?

Because the body naturally wants to be in a state of positivity and connectedness.

That's our original nature.

That's our destiny.

And we can do this through feeling into this experience.

Are you comfortable?

Are you able to be alert in this position?

How's your breath?

Is your breath relaxed,

Deepening,

Leading you into the experience that you wish to have right now?

Where's your mind?

Where is you?

You are in the vastness of space,

Simply there,

Peaceful,

Alive,

And well.

You see yourself and you sense the immensity of space,

Of space,

All of the cosmos all around you.

It's so big.

It's so vast.

It's so mysterious.

Just rest here.

Your various energy bodies are synchronizing,

Coming into a state of balance with each other,

Able to communicate again.

You begin to feel any sort of remaining pressure or tension just melt away.

Just surrender.

Just put it down.

You don't need to be carrying this all the time.

This is not necessary for you to be at your best.

To explore your potential,

You must lighten the load so we can feel bliss.

You must connect.

You must connect.

Feel within your body,

At the base of the spine,

Your breath.

Breathe in through the nostril.

You feel that breath first start at the base of the spine,

At the bottom of the belly.

That's where the air is being deposited first.

And you're feeling up through the body,

Up through the chest.

It's like a wave of warm,

Conscious,

Activated air.

And it just opens you up and you allow your chest to open up a little bit and your head rises a little bit.

Your neck extends a little bit,

Almost as if there's a string at the crown of your head being gently pulled up.

Each breath is a wave of bliss waiting for you.

There's a natural rise to everything.

Heat rises,

Gravity pulling us straight down.

Something else can rise.

Energy moves up through the body.

Much of our energy is moving up.

A certain quality band of energy within us is constantly moving up,

Allowing this breath to start deep within the belly and moving up until we get to the top of the breath.

And our bodies have lifted.

Our feeling has moved into the chest from the belly,

Into the throat and the face.

And now do you feel that opening?

Do you feel that opening in the chest?

Do you feel that opening in the skull,

The face?

You want that opening all up,

Opening from the front.

The far distance,

You see a sun.

The sun appears and you see it go through this transformation of being just a white dwarf and exploding and becoming the sun.

Seeing over millions of years,

The evolution of the sun come into its place and it's moving closer to you.

It's moving closer to you to now where you can feel its warmth.

You can feel the warmth of the sun,

But it's at a safe distance.

It's at just the right spot where you are warm warmed up by this object,

The sun in the sky,

Opening up with each breath,

Feeling so good to open up and allow the body to respond to the natural breath of breathing in deeply,

Breathing in good conscious activated breath.

And now every time you open up,

You feel that warm energy from the sun bathing you,

Continually opening you up with its light,

With its warmth,

Relaxing on the out breath,

Opening up,

Resting on the out breath.

Deepen the breath,

Deepen the breath and feel the whole body moving with this breath,

Opening up,

Rising,

Resting,

Opening up,

Rising,

Rest,

Rest.

You see yourself orientating to the sun,

Your body completely with the sun,

There for the sun.

The body is totally positioned straight to the sun so that you can feel perfectly aligned with the sun,

Perfectly aligned.

That sun is right in front of you,

Opening you up,

Warming you up.

You can feel the light on your skin,

Feel the light particles interacting with the particles of your skin,

Of your clothes,

Of your hair.

The sun is bathing you,

Bathing in,

Expanding,

Rising,

Bliss.

It feels good to breathe,

It feels good to be alive,

It feels good to be here.

In fact,

It feels great.

In fact,

This is activating my bliss body.

Now on the out breath,

We're going to hum and when I say hum,

I mean just that.

We are going to hum on the out breath,

Creating a sound that is both warm and healing.

We feel it as a natural audio,

Natural sound,

A natural way of expressing the warmth,

The rising,

The bliss,

The presence.

Create this hum from within your body and feel it resonate from your head down to your belly,

Everything resonating.

Notice that your body naturally wants to produce a smile when you breathe in and your chest opens,

Your belly is open,

Your head rises.

Naturally a smile wants to spread across the face as you move upward,

Breathing in,

Breathing out with the hum.

You see yourself still perfectly aligned with the sun and the vastness of space.

You have this perfect balance of being connected with just the sheer darkness of space,

As well as the sun on the other side of you,

As the dark side and the light side.

You feel that energy pulling you forward,

Pulling you slightly up and opening you up.

It's happening with each breath and it's at this point that we generate gratitude.

Feel gratitude enter your awareness as you continue to breathe,

Rise,

Expand and then hum and rest.

As you continue to breathe and see yourself in the vastness of space with your son,

You start to feel a sense of gratitude rise from within.

What can you completely bow down to today?

Bow down to anything,

The sun,

All of creation,

The whole space that you're in,

Your parents,

A friend,

This practice,

Whatever it may be that you can bow down to in energy.

Does it mean you have to physically bow down?

We can bow down in presence,

In our awareness.

What do you feel that connection with right now?

What can you connect to gratitude with?

Feel that energy charge us up on the in-breath.

We expand,

We rise,

We smile,

We look at the sun and we bliss.

Gratitude opens us up.

It's an outward energy.

It connects us with life.

It connects us with everything in this universe.

Continue to breathe in deeply,

Feeling the joy of your aliveness in this moment.

You are alive,

Present.

You are here,

You're breathing.

This is nourishment,

A different type of nourishment.

You can repeat after me aloud or you can say to yourself within,

Allowing the words to resonate and fill you up.

Visualization fades.

You still feel the warmth of the sun on your body.

Breathing continues,

Maybe a little bit less exaggerated now.

Still rising a little bit,

Opening on the in-breath,

Still resting on the out-breath,

It fades away.

Let this forever be a reminder.

Let this forever keep you humble,

My child.

Hearts of many are in each of our hands.

This love is like a buffalo roaming in the open plains of our lost ones.

Take three deep cleansing breaths holding Brahma Mudra.

As you do,

Fill yourself up with the sense of gratitude that you felt,

The object,

Thing,

Energy you're grateful for.

Keeping that in your awareness.

Knowing happiness is not something that we are born with.

It's not something that we can grab.

It is a state of being,

Obtains us when we create ourselves in the right way.

When we align ourselves with the right stuff,

We become available to happiness because it's a natural way of being when certain things are in the right place.

In practice,

Maintaining this moment of clarity,

This moment of presence.

No matter what comes our way,

We can be there for it.

We can show up with our best selves and we can make progress.

You can rest your hands,

Allowing them just to be facing up now,

Releasing Brahma Mudra.

This bliss,

This bliss that you feel from breathing in this way,

The sweetness of the air becomes apparent as soon as it crosses the line into your body.

I'm taking this air in as if it were my own.

I'm giving this air that has been created over millions of years of evolution on this planet to bring you energy in the air so that we can breathe and live off of it.

As soon as this air,

This sacred air of the planet comes into the body,

We give it a home for a short time.

Can you be there for that moment?

Can you breathe in properly and deeply and presence consciousness in each breath?

And as you release that breath,

Release that breath,

Can you feel your whole body vibrating a little bit stronger from receiving that energy,

That breath?

Can you feel on each inhalation how the body can naturally open up and expand?

It wants to naturally lift.

It wants to levitate.

It wants to defy gravity and just be there.

The spine wants to elongate.

It wants to feel all the vertebrae separating just a bit from each other,

Feeling that beautifully nice,

Gentle extension.

And the smile,

It comes as a natural expression of being present,

Having certain needs met.

And B,

You have the opportunity to just be.

And here's where everything else starts.

Blissfulness starts to arise within because it feels good to breathe in this way.

Feels good to be supported.

Feels good to activate and synchronize our energies.

Feels good to not be paying attention to the thoughts.

We can be being how we want to be.

Take your time with opening your eyes once more,

Coming back into maybe wiggling your toes,

Bringing some gentle movement to start with,

Gently opening your eyes.
