When we live in a state of gratitude, we fully experience more and more of the things, relationships, and experiences that we are grateful for. Our life overflows with abundance, and we find ourselves naturally sharing our abundance with others. Abundance through Gratitude An attitude of gratitude is the gateway to abundance.

When we live in a state of gratitude,

We fully experience more and more of the things,

Relationships,

And experiences that we are grateful for.

Our life overflows with abundance,

And we find ourselves naturally sharing our abundance with others.

If you will,

Please join me in an experience of abundance through gratitude now.

Find yourself a quiet,

Private environment,

And sit comfortably upright with the soles of your feet flat on the ground and parallel with each other.

Rest your hands cupped in your lap in a receptive posture,

One in the other,

With the tips of your thumbs touching.

Lightly close your eyes.

Let's begin by appreciating the ability to relax our bodies,

Let go of any worries and concerns,

And choose to focus into present moment sensations that feel good.

We have an amazing ability to do this any moment we choose.

Let's do this together now.

Simply follow along as I guide you on a journey of gratitude.

If any other thoughts,

Feelings,

Or sensations arise,

That's okay.

Just recognize whatever comes up,

Mindfully,

As best as you can without judgment,

And then return to following along with the guided practice.

So,

Now,

If you will,

Focus down into your feet,

And notice the sensations of the soles of your feet on the ground.

Imagine that the soles of your feet and your toes soften and relax,

As if they are melting into the ground.

Imagine that any tension,

Worry,

Or concern flows down into your feet and washes down into the ground.

Your feet ground you in the present moment,

Which helps you get out of your head and into what is happening right here and now,

Inside your body.

See if it's possible to imagine and feel a light,

Tingling sensation in your feet and toes.

Appreciate your feet for helping you stand,

Walk,

And move through life with stability,

Balance,

And grace,

Either physically or symbolically.

If you have found any of those things challenging to do in the past,

Appreciate moments when you have been able to be present,

Take a stand,

And navigate life's challenges well,

Or just appreciate what it would feel like to do that.

Take a few moments to smile and feel grateful for your feet and the experiences they represent.

Now,

Focus into your hands and fingers and notice any sensations there.

Allow your hands and fingers to soften and relax,

As if they are melting into each other.

Enjoy a light,

Tingling sensation in your hands and fingers as you appreciate what your hands enable you to do.

Your hands enable you to care for your body,

Interact with material objects,

And touch others.

Your hands represent your heart.

They enable you to engage in loving actions and make purposeful contributions.

Appreciate moments when you have cared for yourself,

Others,

And tended to specific positive purposes in the world,

Or what it might feel like to do that.

Take a few moments to smile and feel grateful for your hands,

Your heart,

And the experiences they represent.

Focus now to the top of your head and notice any sensations there.

Feel a gentle upward pull to draw your posture nicely upright.

Allow the top of your head,

Center of your brain,

And forehead to soften and relax,

So you feel a light,

Tingling sensation there.

Your head represents your mind's ability to pay attention and focus your attention.

Observe,

Imagine,

Intuit,

Organize,

And see the bigger picture.

Appreciate moments when you've been able to use your mind skillfully,

Or what it might feel like to do that.

Take a few moments to smile and feel grateful for your head,

Your mind,

And the experiences they represent.

Now,

Feel your body as a whole from the inside,

Feel the entire space inside your skin.

Allow your whole body to soften and relax,

So that a light,

Tingling feeling spreads through every cell.

Your body is a vehicle for your soul's journey here on earth.

It is an infinitely intelligent,

Self-healing,

Self-guiding system,

Empowered with life energy from the source of life itself.

Take a few moments to appreciate how your body takes care of respiration,

Circulation,

Digestion,

Immune responses,

And thousands upon thousands of other vital functions,

24-7,

Without your conscious awareness.

Appreciate how your body sends you signals in sensations,

Emotions,

And inspirations that guide you on your path.

Take a few moments to smile and feel grateful for this amazing vessel for your life journey.

Now,

Expand your gratitude outwards to the environment you are in that is providing a space in which to have these experiences.

Smile and feel grateful for the different spaces you call home,

And work,

And any other spaces that bring you the many and varied experiences that make up your life.

Focus especially on any spaces that have brought you joyful experiences.

Smile and feel grateful for other people and pets in your life who are participating with you on your life journey.

Appreciate those who support you,

And even those who give you a hard time.

Every one of us is part of this grand play of growing in love and awareness.

All of us are learning and growing together.

Take a few moments to smile and feel grateful for the infinite and mysterious ways we are all connected,

Learning,

And growing.

Now,

Imagine all beings,

All the elements,

The whole planet,

And the universe around us.

Appreciate the infinite diversity of life,

And how each being plays a vital role in the whole.

Appreciate how our planet provides everything we need.

Appreciate the soil that provides food,

The air that gives life-sustaining oxygen,

The water that fills your body that you drink and wash in,

And the sun's rays that provide energy and warmth.

Take a few moments to smile and feel grateful for this magnificent universe in all its majestic beauty and incomprehensible expansiveness.

And finally,

Imagine the infinite source that lies beyond,

Around,

And within every aspect of creation.

Take a few moments to smile and feel grateful for the unfathomable mystery of intelligence,

Love,

And grace that is the ground of your being.

Feel the sensation of gratitude in every cell.

Record it deeply so you can remember it and return to it often.

Slowly open your eyes and take in the space around you.

Feel the sensation of gratitude inside your body with your eyes open.

Take that feeling with you wherever you go.

Know that gratitude is the key to experiencing,

Expanding,

And sharing abundance in every area of your life.

Life is full.

Life is beautiful.
