Use this 7-minute practice in the morning or at any time to ground yourself and relax your jaw. Gently find your way back to the present moment. Anchored in your body. Anchored in the now. This track can be particularly helpful when you are activated (e.g., stressed/anxious/angry), to give you a more neutral and compassionate place to respond to yourself and others. A much better place to act from. It's also an effective aid when you hold tension in the jaw and need a quick reset. Sometimes, 7 minutes is all it takes. Note: The effect at 4:35 on the word 'happen' is on purpose. It symbolises our need to push for change, while this track invites being open to what is here. Right now,

Making any adjustments that you need to make,

That you'd like to make just to arrive in this moment a little bit more feeling those feet on the floor the heels and the toes feeling that sense of being grounded where you are right now and noticing your breath if there's a holding or if it flows freely and as you're grounding more into this moment right here see if you can allow your breath to flow a little bit more freely a little bit lower,

A little bit slower a little bit more fully and starting to enjoy every breath as the gift that it is noticing what you're sitting on,

Resting on and how that's holding you,

Supporting you how you are supported sink down into that holding letting your weight sink down anchored and then sensing your jaw what is present here right now bringing some curiosity and warmth and without the need to change anything just sending some breaths there this might help the jaw to unclench a little bit to relax a little but nothing needs to happen sometimes the jaw is just waiting for that signal that it can let go a little and just maybe this is a signal coming back to your breath even if the jaw is tense and there's a holding in your jaw as long as your breath can flow freely your jaw can also feel more free that might just be microscopic but baby steps are better than no steps and lastly just checking in if there's anything your jaw would like to tell you right now as you're listening with warmth and compassion and your breath is flowing calmly and freely allowing your shoulders to be soft moving away from the ears your eyes to be relaxed and your jaw just to be as it is it was really nice to see you thank you for meditating with us all the best,
