During this short guided meditation, you'll learn how to bring your heart and brain into coherency for decision-making. Use this technique when you need clarity in your life. When you take action from your heart-brain connection, you can rest in the knowledge that you are being guided to experience what is for the highest good of you and all. Start by sitting or laying down in a comfortable way,

Feeling the ground beneath you,

Closing your eyes,

Taking a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

Now place both of your hands into your heart center,

Bringing awareness and focus in that area.

And we are going to start by breathing 4 seconds in and exhaling 4 seconds out.

Continue to breathe in this ladder,

Making sure you are breathing only through your nose if possible.

And as you do this,

I want you to start thinking of something that you feel grateful for,

Something that brings you joy.

It could be your pet,

It could be your partner,

It could be your family,

It could be a stranger,

It could be an adventure you just had.

Whatever it is for you,

Bring that image and really start feeling it in your body.

Feel the gratitude,

Feel the joy,

Feel the compassion in all your selves.

Maybe it's even bringing a smile to your face.

And when you truly feel this in every space of your being,

Then I want you to ask a yes or no question to your heart.

If the answer comes before the question is even said and it's simple yes or it was a no,

Then you are definitely in coherency.

If the answer was a sentence or a story,

Then you are definitely not in coherency.

This is how you know if you are or if you are not.

So as you can see,

It is very simple to bring yourself into this space whenever you desire.

Taking a deep breath in,

Exhale slowly,

Coming back to the present moment,

Opening your eyes.
