Find somewhere you can sit really comfortably.

Maybe you're sitting on a chair or the ground or cushion,

But somewhere where you can sit up nice and straight.

Let the energy flow.

Just let your chin tuck.

Move your ears back and your brow soften.

Just let your eyes close gently.

Your eyelids just drift closed and let your eyes rest in their sockets.

There's nothing you have to look at right now.

There's nothing you have to do right now except be present here in this moment.

So just relax.

Think to yourself,

My face and eyes are relaxed.

Let's start with your shoulders.

Lift them up towards your ears all the way up and down.

Just let them drop.

Your shoulders are relaxed.

Your face is relaxed.

Let yourself feel where you're sitting,

Your sit bones connected to the chair or the floor.

Sink in.

Take a breath in through your nose,

Down to your tummy and release it.

And again,

Breathing in and down.

Let your breath find its way.

Don't force it.

There's nothing to force,

Not even your breath.

It's just a time of quiet relaxation.

Breathing in and out,

Your own pace,

Your own rhythm,

Gently,

Fully,

Easily and effortlessly.

Now just start to notice inside any places where you're feeling tension or tightness.

We are holding any aches or pains.

You could start at the top of your head and just scan all the way down your body,

Gently looking from the inside.

When you find any place that's tight or sore,

Just ask your breath to go there on the in-breath.

Let your breath ease that place.

Let your out-breath remove that tension,

Remove that pain and then continue to scan.

Breathing in,

You're easing and breathing out,

Releasing.

Not forcing anything,

Nice and easy.

Breathing in,

Easing and breathing out,

Releasing.

Wonderful.

Now let's take your breath all the way back to your heart center,

Right in the center of your chest.

Start to breathe to that place in the center of your chest where your heart is ready to receive.

Let your heart center receive your breath.

Let the breath flow effortlessly into your heart center,

Easing any tightness,

Any closeness,

Any restriction,

Any unwillingness to open.

Feel it begin to soften and ease.

Feel your breath start to loosen the resistance there.

Feel the tightness in your heart center start to dissolve away.

Feel yourself relax.

Your shoulders drop again.

Let yourself be a sigh of relief as your heart center opens.

You can leave your hands resting softly on your lap or if you choose,

Just bring them up to rest on your chest at your heart center.

Feel the warmth as your heart starts to open.

Feel the love circulate as the breath circulates.

Let yourself connect to the love within.

Think of a time that you felt loved,

Fully,

Completely loved and supported.

See yourself in that moment.

Surround yourself with that moment.

Connect to the feelings of that moment.

You are lovable.

You are worthy of love.

Connect to that moment and feel the love.

Reflex in you.

Now connect to a time when you felt completely loving.

When you loved someone or something and gave love completely.

See yourself in that moment loving.

You are loving.

You are a loving,

Compassionate person.

See of giving love.

Feel the gratitude in your heart center for this awareness.

Think to yourself,

I am grateful that I am able to love and be loved.

I am grateful that I am loving and lovable.

I am grateful that I am alive and my heart is open to give and receive love.

With this gratitude,

You receive and give abundantly.

Find your breath.

Find the rhythm of your breath.

Find your body on your chair or your cushion and feel your sit bones there.

Release your hands if they are at your chest and give them a stretch.

Give them a shake and let your shoulders roll.

Take a nice breath in through your nose and release.

And again.

Have a wonderful day.

Namaste.
