Maybe alcohol,

It could even be sex.

Let's talk about it.

These affirmations are created with the love and understanding for anyone navigating the journey of addiction recovery.

This episode of affirmation will offer powerful,

Heartfelt encouragement and moments of mindfulness to help you stay grounded,

Motivated,

And kind to yourself.

I do invite you to read these affirmations,

I invite you all to come to a comfortable position that could look like lying down on your back in savasana or relaxation pose.
