Let's begin by sitting comfortably or lying all the way down,
Relaxing your arms,
With the palms facing up.
Begin to take a deep breath in through your nose,
Filling up your heartbeat,
And allow a gentle exhale to come out of your mouth as you softly close the eyes.
Begin to bring your focus to your inhale through the nose and to the exhale through the nose,
Relaxing your forehead and softening the jaw,
Allowing yourself to be completely still.
Breathing in and breathing out,
Allowing the monkey mind to settle as you may feel your thoughts still jumping around from one to the other with every breath,
Allowing the space between the thoughts to widen,
Allowing yourself to let go,
To be fully present with the next inhale and with the next exhale,
Noticing the breath move into the body through the nose,
Feel the coolness on the back of the throat,
And with every exhale,
Feeling every muscle in the body,
Relaxing even more,
Letting go of tension somewhere else in the body,
Breathing into the space between the thoughts,
Allowing that space to get even wider,
Focusing gently on every breath in and every breath out,
The breath is our anchor into the here and now,
Notice how this feels to be fully present with the breath,
With our life force energy,
Breathing into the lungs,
Nourishing every cell in the body with the breath,
Feeling your heart beat,
Feeling yourself grounded and supported by the earth,
Breathing in and breathing out,
And every time,
The mind is filled with another thought,
Simply allow yourself to observe and realize the thoughts in the mind,
Focusing on the next inhalation and the next exhalation,
Allowing that thought to drift away,
Recognizing I am simply the observer of my thoughts,
I allow them to come in,
I am the space between my thoughts,
I am the stillness,
I am this peace that is within me I breathe in,
And I breathe out,
I breathe in,
And I breathe out,
Stay here with the breath,
In this space of complete stillness,
Knowing you are supported,
And you are safe,
I will gently call you out when it's time,
I am breathing in,
And I am breathing out Slowly begin to wiggle your fingers,
Wiggle your toes,
Invite in a deeper breath into your heartbeat,
Filling up all the way Allow a gentle exhale to come out of the mouth,
Allow yourself a moment here to enjoy this peace,
This stillness,
This softness that is always with you Knowing that you can return here at any time your soul is calling to be still And then slowly,
Open your eyes
