As you let your eyes half or fully close,

Start by observing the contour,

Shape,

Weight and the form of your physical body.

Feel the boundaries of your physical body,

Where they begin and where they end.

Feel the weight of your body,

Whether it is heavy,

Maybe it feels light.

Feel the points of contact of your body with the surface or the ground holding you.

And as you become acquainted with,

Familiar with your body,

Acknowledge and thank your body for being the vessel through which you experience the world.

Beyond your physical body,

Now we drop deeper,

Connecting with your energy body.

Notice the quality of your energy.

Notice the texture,

Length,

Quality of your breath.

Notice each rise and fall like a wave.

Each inhale,

The wave peaks.

Each exhale,

The wave surrenders and dives back into itself.

Experience this pulsation of energy as a deeper layer and truth of your being.

And now we drop even deeper into your mental body.

Notice the sound of my voice,

That you can hear the sound of my voice and that these words,

These sounds bring up some associations.

Notice that you can follow the guidance of these sounds,

These words that have meaning.

Connect with the quality and the texture of your mind that is processing,

That is receiving,

That is perceiving.

And now we drop even deeper into yourself,

Connecting with the part of you that knows and knows that it knows.

The moments of time in your life where you had a feeling,

A deep knowing,

Without explaining how or why.

Feel where within you this arises from.

And then as you exhale,

Let yourself land in that space of intuition,

Of deep knowing and trust.

And now we drop even deeper into the core and essence of your being.

Feel that deep within you,

Like the ocean,

No matter how choppy the waves are on the surface,

Deep within,

In the depths of the ocean,

The core essence and essential nature of the water is pure and clear and full of potential.

It is a permeating sense of peace,

Of serenity,

Of calm.

Feel that deep inside of you,

In this place,

In this space,

This is the truth of who you are and no one,

Nothing can take that away from you.

Now we integrate these layers of being from the center and the core of your being with your next exhale,

As if from the ocean,

Let the water,

The well,

The infinite well of peace,

Serenity,

Wisdom,

And bliss that is you flow outwards,

Overflowing.

Let it flow out,

Through and into your intuitive being,

Body.

Let it flow further out into the part of you that is perceiving,

That is processing the sound of my voice.

Let it flow even further out,

Mirroring the ebb and flow of your breath,

Your energy,

And let it flow even further out,

So it fills all the spaces inside your body.

Every single space that needs this reminder,

Let it flow and fill and saturate that space,

That place,

And now you are welcome to linger longer here,

Connecting with all the layers of your being for as long as you wish.

If you feel you would like to let this practice come to a pause for this moment,

Remember you can always revisit this practice to come back to the reminder of the truth of who you are.

Then in whatever way feels right for you,

Find a gesture that can help you keep this reminder that we all need,

And as you let yourself come into that gesture,

Acknowledge the fullness of your being,

The multi-dimensional being that you are,

And you bring this with you into the next part of your day and your life.

So if your eyes are still closed,

Gently and slowly,

As if you are awakening from all these layers of your being,

Slowly let them blink open.
