The Anxiety Tool Kit - Reduce Stress And Create Space For Peace

With Forbsie

Though this course we're going to talk about what anxiety is, how it shows up in the body and the mind, and what we can do to support ourselves when it does. We will introduce a trick to stop a panic attack, explore some mindfulness practices, get into the body, and work with the breath. Stress and anxiety happen to all of us at some point. My hope with this course is to provide some tools that you can use anywhere to support yourself in the moment and shift your experience.

Meet your Teacher

As someone who has navigated life with anxiety, Forbsie is excited to share some of the tools she's picked up along the way with you. She has explored through yoga, ayurveda, somatic, and breath practices along with her background in psychology and youth care. Knowing that not all tools work for everyone she's aiming to provide a few different practices along with a combination to give you options to play with. These are tools you can use yourself for stress and anxiety or support another to use. Are you ready to explore?
