How do you feel in this time of change?
Welcome to this guided meditation.
My name is Francesca and I'm delighted to move you through a deep journey towards your inner self.
Facing your fear and becoming intimate with it to allow it to heal and release.
So choose your comfortable seat and that can be either seated with your legs crossed or if you feel like you need to lie down then give yourself the full permission to do anything that feels good at this moment.
And then as you sit take a few deep breaths here to arrive.
Bring your hands onto your knees and feel your spine so straight all the way from your hips vertebra to the top of your crown.
And then in your own time whenever you're ready gently start closing your eyes.
And as you feel your spine so straight soften everything around it.
And then your face and the space between your eyebrows.
Soften your jaw.
Let it all go.
Release your shoulders down towards the earth and then feel your shoulder blades melting together.
Notice how your heart center opens up a little bit more.
And then soften your arms.
Release all the weights.
Soften your elbows.
And gently let your hands float on your knees.
And if you feel called to face your palms down towards your knees for more grounding then do that.
Or if you would love to invite an intention then place your palms facing up.
Along this journey now for the next couple of minutes I invite you to do anything that feels good to you at this moment.
Make this your practice.
And use any of my words or offerings as an open invitation to make this your journey.
Soften your hands a little bit more and imagine that they would float on your knees like clouds so light.
And then feel the earth below you.
Where are you touching the earth?
Presence your hips and release them down into the ground.
Release anything that's ready to go.
And soften your hips as they melt down.
Trace your legs and see where you can maybe soften a little bit more.
And then give those parts your full attention.
Make everything so light.
Relax your knees,
Your thighs.
Soften your feet.
Find stillness in every part of your body.
Where can you maybe soften a little bit more?
If there might be any tension somewhere or anything uncomfortable then give that part your full attention and maybe breathe in there a little bit more from a place of the heart.
And then start focusing and observing your breath.
How deep are you breathing at this moment?
Where are you breathing into?
Can you maybe feel your breath all the way in your lower belly?
Can you feel your chest lifting as you breathe in?
Where in your body can you feel as you're breathing in so deep?
Breathe in through your nose and then follow the breath as it flushes down your spine,
Vertebra for vertebra,
All the way to your lower belly.
And then start to observe your breath.
And if you have maybe a lot of thoughts in your mind today then give those thoughts your full attention.
Let them be.
Observe.
And imagine they're like a beautiful leaf on a river floating by.
Let your thoughts float by.
And then bring your awareness back to your breath and use the breath as the anchor for this current moment to become more present.
And with every breath you breathe in feel a little bit more grounded and aware of this moment.
How still can you be?
How soft can you feel?
And I know that in these times of uncertainty or change of transitions of the mind,
Of the emotions and so much unknown.
I know that in these times it can sometimes be a challenge to find that softness and stillness inside.
Then we may find ourselves in shaky places with so many different thoughts and emotions coming up.
We may find ourselves with tension or fear.
But the truth is that all of these things that are showing up in that time of uncertainty are an open invitation to look deeper and also an open invitation to come closer to your inner truth.
It's the polarities inside you that maybe when things are shaky you find yourself from swinging,
From love to fear or from grief to joy like a pendant from one side to the other.
All that does with you is it slowly swings you closer and closer to your inner truth.
How does your inner ocean of beingness,
That inner world and inner garden,
How does it look like for you at this moment?
What is there that wants to be seen?
What is showing up for you?
Observe just like you observed your breath or your thoughts and allow everything to simply be and give everything its own space and time and let it all be.
Take a few deeper breaths all the way in your lower belly and observe.
There you go now.
You you All of these things showing up are an open invitation for you to choose How you want to show up?
You have the full power to Choose how you want to let life dance through you you Allow yourself from a place of the heart to bring Tenderness and love in there in these shaky unknown uncertain places This is where the beauty and the bliss comes when you face this uncertainty or emotions that tightness when you face the fear and You become intimate with it.
That is when you have an open invitation to bring in tenderness and softness so how do you want to let life dance through you?
And give yourself the full permission to Surrender to the tenderness when things are shaky and We find ourselves in the verge of something Where it can go either way?
We may shut down and tighten and and hide or We can also open our hearts and minds beyond limits What are you choosing?
Or yourself and how are you choosing?
Life to dance through you What is the dance you came to dance and what is the song you came to sing?
Breathe a little deeper and find from a place of the heart tenderness and every single part of your body Find so much stillness you And observe where you can maybe release and let go a little bit more give the uncomfortable parts your full attention and breathe in there a little bit more you How soft can you be at this moment?
And then take a few last really deep breath inside your whole body Breathe in so deep that you can feel your chest lifting And notice all the space and the room that your breath creates inside you So much space to move Breathe in so deep and then at the top of your breath Breathe in a little bit more and hold it Feel the stillness hold your breath and then slowly breathe out and Let everything go now I invite you to take some minutes to breathe and allow this healing sound to remove hidden blockages and Tune up your body to its harmonious original state you you you Thank yourself for simply be And I thank you for sharing this special moment with me namaste you
