Tune into your body and your breath and the love that you are. Sit in your own unconditional love and breathe. What does your heart have to say to you? What does your body have to say to you? What do you need? This meditation helps you to tune into yourself, feel, heal, and connect with your own authenticity, your own dreams, and desires.

You are invited to get comfortable in your seat.

Feet flat on the floor if that is available to you.

Uncross your arms and legs.

Close your eyes if that is comfortable for you and take a deep breath in.

Release it and take another relaxing breath.

As you keep breathing,

We're going to pull energy from Mother Earth and pull energy from Father Sky.

We're going to let that energy run through our bodies,

Filling us with love and power.

We will feel the energy running up our pranic tube,

Connecting us to the heavens and running down our pranic tube,

Connecting us deep into the earth.

And then we're going to let that flowing energy expand all around us.

For some of us,

It will be bright white light.

For some of us,

It will be golden light.

For some of us,

It could be a golden rose light.

For some of us,

It could be pink and green and purple,

Dancing around us,

Sitting in our own unconditional love,

The unconditional sacred love that we all are.

So as you sit in the sacred love of you,

Breathe,

Breathe,

And you are in the field of all possibilities and you are completely safe.

You can always return to present moment present time,

Who you've always been,

Whatever identity you want,

You can do that.

And you also have the opportunity,

If you so desire,

To maybe shift some things energetically,

Shift some things that will make a difference in your life.

You have the opportunity to expand your belief systems of what is possible for you in your life.

And you also don't have to change a thing.

You can just focus on loving you exactly the way you are,

Because that's a very legitimate very legitimate choice.

If you love who you are,

You love everything about you and your life,

Wonderful.

Sit in that love.

And if there are aspects of your life that you don't love,

You are invited to let the light in.

So breathe in,

Fill your body with your own unconditional love.

Feel it flowing into every area of your body,

Your sacred,

Beautiful,

Perfect body.

You are a unique,

Miraculous expression of life and love.

As you breathe in and out,

Tune into your heart center.

What thoughts and feelings are there?

What does your heart have to tell you?

Just keep breathing and listen.

You don't have to force anything.

Just invite and wait.

Dear self,

What do you want me to know right now?

And wait for the answer.

Dear heart,

What are you feeling right now?

Wait for the answer.

What do you need?

Wait for the answer.

Dear heart,

What is the best way for me to support you?

Wait for the answer.

You may get many answers.

Feel free to write them down right now if you're afraid you won't remember them.

Or you could record them on a voicemail on your phone.

You may not get any answers in this moment,

But stay open because they could come to you in many different forms later.

Whether in a dream or through a song or through something someone says to you or something that you overhear.

You may just get a feeling later or a knowing.

Write it down when it comes.

Know that this is not a race.

There is no destination that you need to rush to.

You can enjoy where you are right now and enjoy where you are in each moment along your path.

In every moment you are enough.

You are good enough.

You are everything and all that you need to be in every moment.

Now as you follow your breath into your body,

Notice if there are any areas of tightness or discomfort.

Body,

What is this?

What is here?

Wait a moment for the answers to come.

Feel into it.

We store so much of our unresolved traumas in the fascial tissues of our bodies.

Tune in and see what pain and stuckness is ready to be released.

How can I let this go?

Listen.

Perhaps your body needs to move or shake.

Let it.

Keep breathing.

In and out.

Treat your body,

Your mind,

Your spirit with profound compassion and respect.

You are a sacred being.

Your body is holy ground.

No matter who you are,

No matter what you've experienced,

No matter what you've done,

You are a sacred being.

Breathe that into your core.

Say it.

I am a sacred being.

Put your hand on your heart and say it again.

I am a sacred being.

And when you look at yourself in the mirror next,

Look in your eyes and repeat it again.

I am a sacred being.

Take a few more slow,

Easy,

Deep breaths.

Self,

Heart,

Body.

Is there anything else you want me to know right now?

Anything that needs my attention?

And now tune into the light around you.

Once again,

Allow yourself to feel wrapped in unconditional love.

Know that this love is always right here for you.

Wiggle your fingers and toes.

Stretch your body in any way that feels good.

And when you are ready,

Open your eyes,

Knowing that you are loved beyond measure and that you are a sacred being worthy of loving and being loved.

You are love.

Let yourself be love.

Let yourself be loved.
