This gentle breathing meditation will help you relax and calm down before an important interview, meeting, or any situation when you might be stressed and anxious. This practice will ground you down and recentre, through deep and conscious breaths, expanding the capacity of your lungs, refocusing your mind, and creating a safe and healthy space from within. Your breath has so much power to regulate your mood and inner state - use it to create healthy changes, to navigate through different thoughts and emotions with grace and awareness. Enjoy!

This session will help you release anxiety and any tension you might be feeling before an important interview or a meeting or any situation where you feel like you really need to prepare yourself for but you are still stressed and anxious.

This is your space of peace.

You deserve to navigate your mind and any situation from the space of peace and awareness.

So I invite you now just to take a comfortable seat and when you are sitting just ground yourself,

Use your attention to feel the earth underneath your feet,

To feel the gravity force that is holding you here,

Feel your sit bones on the surface underneath you.

And as you are noticing your body being supported by the earth,

Remind yourself that you are safe and supported in each moment of now.

You are safe and supported here.

Exhale for longer.

Take a deep breath in and a full breath out.

With every breath,

With intention,

Relaxing yourself even more,

Creating this peaceful and healthy environment within,

So it doesn't matter what's going on outside,

What challenges or difficulties you have to go through,

From within you can stay peaceful.

You can trust yourself.

Keep connecting to these deep and conscious breaths and I will just guide you through a simple breathing practice where you expand the capacity of your lungs with every second breath.

So we'll start only with exhaling and inhaling for the count of two and then with each second breath we'll be increasing up until ten.

Inhale for longer,

Opening your belly,

Your ribs and chest as you are expanding.

And exhale,

Release.

Totally release any tension,

Any inner stiffness.

And just notice how you feel after these few minutes of expanding your breath and expanding the capacity of your lungs.

Simply for breathing a little bit deeper and exhaling for longer,

We are activating the parasympathetic nervous system that helps you to move to a rest and digest mode instead of fight or flight response.

So from this space,

Keeping your heart open and keeping yourself open for the rest of this day,

Remember that worry,

Anxiety and stress,

These are all just energies coming from fear.

But in each moment of now,

You can choose love.

You can choose peace.

And in this way,

Create a healthy and stable environment from within.

Whatever situation you are preparing for,
