After learning the principles of meditation, states of mind, causes of suffering, method to become a seeker, and obstacles on the path, it is important that person should learn how to become a highest seeker. The highest seeker always succeeds, because mind lives in Ekagrata state guided by Sattva Guna i.e., knowledge and joy.

So what I say is start becoming a teacher to yourself.

So once you are a teacher to yourself,

And then you express the same principles by thought,

Speech,

And action,

Wherever you go in your personal life,

In your professional life,

In your social life.

You see that so these principles live in your intellect.

It will enliven your intellect to follow,

But why?

To make my life better.

To awaken to that inner peace and happiness.

That's what we have been talking.

And we have been understanding.

So I would plead and request better to listen from the very first session of becoming,

Become a seeker to succeed.

Listen to it,

Extract the main points from there,

Summarize it,

And if you like,

You can send me.

If you miss any point,

I will make corrections.

That okay,

You add this point,

Not English,

But the principles.

So let me go back to myself.

When I was learning from my own mentor,

Lara was there in our celebration of Urnema.

So,

You know,

My master used to say,

Go back,

Sit in the room,

And then you contemplate and reflect.

Not to everyone.

Then I met another master.

He said,

He gave me an idea that,

Why don't you reflect and make a summary?

Because when you write,

Your subconscious mind also changes.

He gave me a valid point.

You'll be surprised.

I have 40,

000 pages written for 26 years.

I never forgot to write.

Yeah,

No,

No.

So those writings are becoming books.

I have not to do a lot of hard work.

I have to rearrange and put into an order.

So Stephen,

What I was talking,

That it would be a good idea that you start listening from the very first session,

Huh?

Yes,

David has also come.

So you start listening.

That is what I request you.

You start listening from the very first session to become a seeker.

It is all about 22.

Today is 22nd session of becoming a seeker.

So listen every session.

Extract the main points from there.

Check that you have understood the principles and then be ready to apply.

And it is a good idea that like David and Jerry,

They discuss,

Stephen and Sam,

They discuss among each other.

That is another wonderful point.

To repeat it again to Jerry,

That I have 40,

000 pages written and they are lying in my computer.

On whatever I have learned from different masters.

So what happens when I have written and then I can go back?

Sometimes you totally forget these principles.

Because when we live at the low level of self-awareness,

We forget.

And majority are teachers.

Even if you are not teacher,

Become a teacher to yourself.

What's the problem?

Why?

Because we want to make our life better.

And I want to carry forward that tradition.

It is not that I will be continue teaching forever.

You also become a teacher to yourself.

And so that you become a teacher to the others.

And then apply those principles in day to day life.

And luckily,

If you are a teacher,

Start teaching your students.

And well,

If you are living,

If you are living your own professional life,

You can apply these principles into your profession and see the result.

So what is going to happen?

These principles will completely settle into your mind.

And once they are settled into your mind,

You will see the life changes completely.

Completely changes.

Then you,

In the now the stress and suffering is are chasing you.

And then you will chase the stress and suffering.

Come on.

I'm in peace.

How dare you come?

Why?

Because your intellect is very clear about this knowledge.

There is no confusion.

That is what I was covering.

If we have a confusion in the intellect,

Clarity is not there.

Do you still remember the word clarity?

How I explained?

Gone.

So when it is gone,

So already you are in confusion.

So you're already,

You see that?

So I have to change myself.

So the first,

What is known as I have been talking about it,

I don't know,

Let me know it.

It is the first step.

So teach,

What the teacher is saying,

What I'm doing?

I'm teaching from the body of knowledge.

I'm not doing anything extra.

You may be extraordinary.

You all are extraordinary,

But I'm an ordinary guy.

Very simple.

So when you listen to the teacher,

Not everything is absorbed completely.

So listen to it again.

Make a summary.

And then you are ready.

When you make a summary,

Second point is now you,

Because you are a seeker,

You have to think independently.

Close your eyes and remember.

Recall,

This is the point.

This is the first point and the second point.

The moment you contemplate and reflect,

Your intellect will become clear.

And that intellect will put a pressure on the mind to accept this principle.

So when you accept it,

Your mind has accepted this principle,

Mind will express in thought,

Speech,

And action,

That is,

And followed by the practice.

So I plead and request you please follow this.

So when you follow so that after a few sessions,

We will go to another series of the journey to find our real self.

Don't be so serious.

You can do it.

When you have tolerated me for so many weeks and months,

So that toleration makes sense.

So you see that life is a series of experiences.

What is that every experience?

Every experience that is known as knowledge,

Perception,

Experience,

Knowledge,

Perception.

Where it is happening?

Inside my head.

Of what?

Of all of you,

Of the world outside.

So there are three factors.

The world outside,

The world of people,

Place,

Events,

Things,

Everything is happening outside.

And the experiences takes place in my mind.

So take these three,

The world outside,

The experiences inside my mind,

Who knows all this?

I,

What is this I?

This is the real self.

But who comes in between?

Now see,

These three factors are separate,

Independent.

If I mess up,

Confusion comes.

What I did?

I don't like,

Say for example,

Kate.

So that thought and experience,

It never happened.

Don't worry.

So now I mess up.

So I become the hate.

Now it is separate.

Experience is different from me.

Do you see that?

So you have different objects of the world.

Sometimes,

Say for my mind,

My mind perceives Sameer and the Kate and the Web and Lara,

Et cetera.

So the experience is different.

So as many objects,

As many experiences.

What about this I?

Does this I change?

I remains the same.

So I have to find out what is this I.

So this I is not ego I'm talking about.

Ego mess up.

Sometimes ego mess up like this and sometimes ego mess up like this.

It gets obsessed.

So when I'm getting obsessed with objects of the world,

There is an obsession.

Do you see that?

So if clarity means they are separate,

When I see them separately,

Objects changes in the world,

Experience changes,

But I remains the same.

I have to find what is this I.

So when my focus is to find this I,

I have become a seeker.

I cannot ignore myself.

Can you ever ignore yourself?

Answer is no.

But because of the confusion,

We ignore.

And that confusion leads to this question,

The suffering.

Are you getting it?

You know,

I'm not so serious.

So once I have that clarity,

There is no conflict.

There is no,

That conflict is known as illusion.

That conflict is known as delusion.

That conflict is known as ignorance.

Ignorance does not mean that I'm illiterate.

Ignorance means that I did not understand who am I.

Take it like this,

Understand this.

I'm giving different expressions.

I did not understand who am I.

When I do not understand who am I,

Then I get into reaction,

Anger,

Anxiety,

Duality,

Conflict,

All mental disorders included.

So I never say that I will take care of the mental disorder.

But I take care of it.

So remember this.

So I would request you please continue.

So,

So when you continue like this,

Then remember,

I'm reminding you two methods of inquiry.

Do you remember?

Two methods of inquiry.

One is simple method.

I don't know Lara,

Not at all.

I don't have any impression before.

And Kate comes and Kate introduces me to Lara.

So I have no problem.

That is a simple inquiry.

That is a simple inquiry.

So science normally follows a simple inquiry.

I don't know.

I don't know.

So let me know it.

So you have a protocol of research and ultimately you collect the data.

There are factors,

Variable,

Invariable factors,

And ultimately you come to a conclusion.

This is what it is.

But in the journey of the self discovery,

We have to become a seeker.

So seeker does the self inquiry with discernment,

Separating,

Why?

Do you have the answer?

I have covered that answer in all the first 21 lessons,

Because there is a sense of confusion.

If I am the body or not,

If I'm the mind or not,

If I'm my experiences or not.

So I have to use the process of discernment,

Separating.

Do you still remember clarity?

Separating.

This is neighbor's house.

This is mine.

So simple.

So I separate it.

So in my mind,

I will separate if I am the body,

But my mind pushes me,

No,

You are the body for all practical purposes.

So we follow the principle by following the principles,

I discovered that I am not the body.

And the moment you have that clarity in your intellect,

That goes down into the heart and from the heart it comes down into the world outside and then you are ready.

So if I am not the body,

Then who am I?

If I'm not the mind,

Then who am I?

If I'm not the breath,

Then who am I?

If I'm not the ego,

Then who am I?

So you are constantly separating each one that is not you.

What is left is the real self.

It is the pure consciousness.

It is the permanent peace.

It is the love,

Happiness.

So what happens?

Now you have that clarity in your mind and the head,

And then you sit in meditation.

So clarity is already there.

So thought comes,

Thought is made up of,

Do you still remember?

I'm summarizing.

Thought is equal to object plus I.

So any thought comes,

Good,

Bad,

High,

Low,

I don't care why it contains an object.

Do you see that?

Do you see that logical understanding?

No release,

No cult,

No dogma.

Now that confusion is like this.

You can say,

Do you still remember A is equal to B and B is not equal to A?

You see that,

See the clarity.

Wave is water,

But is water wave?

No.

Water cannot,

Water is not always wave.

So we cannot say that water is wave.

So A is equal to B,

But B is not equal to A.

We don't follow the mathematics here.

We follow the clarity.

Body is real self,

But is real self body?

No.

Real self appearing as body.

Now see that false self cannot remain,

Cannot be present without the real self.

If it is false,

It is false.

Like a ring of a gold is gold,

But the gold is not a ring.

The gold appears as a ring,

As a necklace.

So real self appearing is a body.

Appearance is not me.

Image in the mirror is not me.

So I have to live into that state of awareness to become a seeker.

That is why I covered a couple of sessions on Viveka,

The power of discernment.

Because you can do the scientific research outside.

What is scientific research?

You do the research on what I am not.

I'm not the earth,

I'm not the sky,

I'm not the body,

I'm not the physiology.

Are you the physiology?

Are you the brain?

No.

But we are doing a research on who am I?

So we have to follow a different manual.

Simple it is.

So that is why we understood the Viveka or the discernment is the cognitive ability,

Coordination.

You might have understood,

You know,

What is that?

A CBT,

Lara knows and Kate knows,

CBT.

Co-organative,

Behavior,

Therapy.

You will be amazed once you go a little deeper.

All those tools that is available in modern psychology,

We apply in a different way.

They claim that they have done it,

But we have been applying it almost for the last 10,

000 years.

We don't have a certification type,

But accreditation and certification.

Your certification is to become a seeker.

When you are seeker,

Your personal life changes,

Your professional life changes,

Your social life changes,

Your family life changes.

So we covered about this Viveka.

Yes,

Viveka.

And so now understand that this Viveka has lot of stages,

Lot of stages to apply in our daily life.

Do I drive in US on right side or left side?

And if I drive on the other lane,

Opposite lane,

I will be punished or I will meet with an accident.

What exactly this known as?

Now see,

Applying the daily life,

This is known as a value.

This you may say a value,

This is known as ethics.

How I have to talk to my honey?

Come what may my honey is 100% wrong.

What is a value?

You know it.

I need not to tell you.

So what we do through the discernment,

We put a value.

We put a value.

I have two friends,

You know,

David Jerry and Lara were there and Stephen were there in the party,

Two young guys.

And they said,

Now we are going to do it together.

I said,

I told them,

Teacher is always free.

I'm charging you for the Eastern West.

Oh,

Is that so?

So what should I do?

I said,

It depends on you.

So how much you are going to charge?

I said,

Add the two fees of the two people.

Now where the value comes here?

Do I want to change myself?

Can I afford it?

Why shouldn't I pay it?

But I don't talk about this.

I don't say that.

You see the idea,

The understanding.

I should keep the value intact.

There are other issues that happens with me.

I'm also an ordinary human being,

Part of the society.

So first thing we wake up discernment pertaining to the value.

Find the value,

Where you put the value and work on it.

You are my honey.

I have lived with you for so many years.

I don't have a right to be agitated,

Reacting to you.

Finished,

Value is there.

You place a value.

I will make you understand in a different way.

Are you understanding that?

I'll make you understand in a different way.

One person came to the day before yesterday's celebration.

I didn't tell my honey that I'm coming here.

I'm going to,

I told,

I'm not using the gender so that you will not never find out.

So the guy or girl said that,

You know,

I told my honey that I am going to for a movie.

Value,

You are confused,

But I cannot directly say you are confused.

Now you are seekers.

Be very clear,

Keep your head clear.

Where is the problem?

Our country is such a free society.

We already know freedom.

So there comes,

You know,

You see that I'm using the,

We wake up in day to day life,

Apply common sense,

Apply common sense and start living.

What is common sense?

I want respect,

Isn't it?

I want love from you guys.

So what is the value system?

I should also respect you and I should also love you.

Let me start from home.

I want love,

So I love everyone with the care.

I must care.

I don't want to cheat others.

Because I expect no one should cheat me,

Common sense.

So I'm bringing that power of discernment into our daily life.

Look at it.

And Lara,

You can teach your students in the same way.

It appeals.

It gives a sense of understanding.

We use the common sense.

That is the first thing that we should understand in viveka.

Second thing that we should apply viveka in our daily life,

What is right and what is wrong.

And the other issues that we will take up in the next session,

What is right and good.

So normally people say,

You know,

What is right according to me may not be right according to you.

So how the masters solve this puzzle.

They said,

What is right is always right.

First thing.

What is right and good is always right and good in all conditions.

Did you get it?

Now,

What is right and good is in all the conditions cannot be a changing identity.

So whatever is changing in my life cannot be a hundred percent right and good.

So what is unchanging?

That is real self.

So we go back to the real self again.

So the intellect and the mind goes back to the real self.

I raise my awareness.

I start living with the common sense.

Are you getting it?

So here we say the wrong,

Another wrong is constantly changing.

So should I not live with the changes?

Yes.

I own the body.

So I have to take care of the body.

I own the mind.

I have to take care of the mind.

Don't go in a totally abstract way.

Be very logical,

Authentic in your living your life.

What is right and wrong?

So now see the ultimate level of right and wrong.

So some people say,

I have an anxiety.

I have an stress.

That is false.

But if I tell them straight away that you are speaking false,

It will not work.

I have to apply the principles.

I have to work with him or her to explain this is how it is right.

This is how it is wrong.

And we have 100 logic to reach to what is right.

Do you live in stress 24 by seven?

Can you live in stress 24 by seven?

I had a private session with what Casey gave me.

She is wonderful.

And she told me that I have been living in stress for the last 20 years.

You cannot survive.

Come on.

So there is a confusion.

So if I remove that confusion that you cannot live in stress for 24 hours,

You are already relieved.

So we are seeing the application of this viveka in our daily life,

But the goal is the same.

Goal remains awakening,

Awakening to real self.

So that is how,

Because these are the preparatory steps prepares a great and strong foundation to find the real self.

So two things,

One is the value system.

You know,

Let me put up one more aspect.

All the religions of the world,

The first thing they talk about do's and don'ts.

They may be very clear according to themselves.

We are a hundred percent clear.

First,

We want to find the real self.

And if I put a value system in my daily life,

What happens?

I am able to separate what is me and what is not me.

And so common sense applies here.

I won't expect love from you.

So I should love and care others,

Simple.

I should follow the rule.

I should pay the taxes.

Now I'm not going there.

So find out those value systems.

So if through the power of discernment,

I have that value system,

My intellect is not confused and it is clear.

The same thing applies to the right and the wrong.

So I must be very clear.

Whatever is changing can put me into the wrong place,

The wrong event,

The wrong relationship.

And if my intellect follows what is right and good,

Nobody can give me any stress and suffering.

One more guy.

No,

No,

I'm not going against any party.

I'm just explaining you.

No,

I have an opinion that I should not take a vaccination.

I said,

Don't take it then why you are talking to me?

No,

No,

I want to have your opinion.

I said,

I don't have any opinion.

No,

What do you say about it?

I said,

I differentiate between opinion and what is right.

So I explained to him,

He has taken a vaccination.

He was the part of that celebration and he whispered in my ears,

I have taken it.

I said,

Very good.

See the viveka,

How the viveka works.

I can give you hundreds of examples.

Okay,

So I request you again,

Start looking back all the sessions to become a seeker,

Summarize it and you start teaching yourself and you start applying that in your personal,

Professional and social life.

Why?

To allow the real self to appear in every moment.

If you have an issue,

You can talk.

So let us start over.

Practice now my friends,

Eyes are closed and eyes are closed and you know,

Body is sturdy,

Eyes are closed and looking inside,

Visualize you are in Namaste Mudra.

You are in Namaste Mudra,

Mentally Namaste Mudra.

Thumb is almost touching the sternal notch,

Mentally you are doing it and become aware.

You see,

You get a perspective.

Five fingers of right hand,

Sense organ.

Five fingers of left hand,

Motor organs.

Then comes the mind.

Mind does not exist as some with the shape and the size.

So what is there?

We keep our mind in the space,

In the space.

That is space.

That is the space.

We enter into that because when we fold the hands,

A kind of humility.

Now go a little deeper,

What do you mean by,

By?

Namaste,

Not me.

Not me means what?

What I have understood until now is not me.

That is the real meaning of Namaste.

And when we do it,

The practice regularly,

The time comes,

You do the Namaste Mudra,

You know,

You remember,

I'm not the body,

Mind,

Breath,

Intellect,

Ego,

Thoughts,

Opinion,

My judgment.

See that what happens?

Your mind enters into the infinite space.

See,

It is here and now my friends.

It's not a big deal.

It is a common sense.

What we mind,

Guruji used to say,

It's a common sense in our daily living.

We do Namaste,

But with the reaction,

With anxiety,

With a duality and a conflict.

It will not work.

So you see,

We reminded the intellect.

Let the intellect be more pacified so that it should not go to the false self.

Look inside the heart and the space.

You see the second value principle,

I expect love from you.

So let me love you.

How can I love you?

Sarvesham swasthir bhavatuh,

Let there be wellbeing for all.

Do you see?

You are reciting the mantra with understanding that you are selfish,

But selfish in this way is much better than selfish in other ways.

Sarvesham swasthir bhavatuh,

With that feeling,

With that attitude,

In the state of the humility,

Sarvesham shantir bhavatuh,

Let there be peace for all,

Peace for all.

We live in pieces.

We don't live in peace.

Sarvesham shantir bhavatuh,

Sarvesham puranam bhavatuh,

Let there be completeness in me.

Declare through the intellect that I'm completing myself 100%.

What do you mean by individual?

100%,

What do you mean by individual?

So that intellect lives in that sense of a completeness,

Drops the craziness of the mind instantly.

You don't need a certification from outside that how good you are.

The graditation is done by the real self.

Sarvesham angalam bhavatuh,

Let there be a speciousness at all the time,

At every moment in my life.

See that.

Now check in that state after,

You know,

This process,

Whatever we have done,

This process is known as seeking.

So seeking has to be done with these principles.

So let us check,

Look at the neck joint,

Be there,

Feel the space sensation,

Comfort and steadiness.

Go little deeper space,

Go little deeper,

You are in the state of namaste,

Not me.

Are you separating?

Yes.

But if you give this step to the beginner,

They will confuse themselves and they will confuse you also.

So we need not to give it,

Or just being comfortable.

They understand.

Do you see understanding and clarity at the first stage?

Once they start becoming a seeker,

Then we can give this,

Look at the shoulder joints,

Being there,

Feel sensation,

Comfort and steadiness,

Then go little deeper the space.

Namaste,

Not me,

Not me.

You have a field of awareness of separating.

Are you not inside?

Mind is not inside.

You have already separated it from outside.

Yes,

I did it.

So where's the problem?

Thoughts are coming from outside,

So being carefree.

Thought contains an object of the world.

Without any object,

Event,

Experience of the world outside,

You cannot have a thought.

Did you bond with any thought?

Tell me.

If not,

You are already carefree.

From there comes the understanding,

Let the thought come,

Let it go.

Otherwise,

If you say,

I allow my thought to come and go.

So you already have a thought.

What thought?

That I allow my thought to come and go.

Who is this?

This is the ego.

Ego supported by the mind.

It will take you again to the memory.

It is a dry understanding.

It doesn't change.

Now see being carefree.

So now,

Yes,

I'm carefree.

I feel that ease.

From where it has come?

Any object?

No,

It has come from inside.

It's a reflection of the real self.

I'm going a little bit deeper.

Yes,

But we will not leave any step where we purify the mind.

Purify the mind.

And you already know.

So,

Expansion and contraction of the rib cage,

Short,

Quick and gentle breath into the chest.

Start breathing,

Quick,

Short,

Gentle breath,

Keeping your awareness deep inside the heart and continue the journey.

Continue,

If you see the resistance,

Bypass the resistance.

How?

By intellect,

By understanding.

The mind will say,

No,

No,

No,

I cannot do it today.

No.

That is how we say today is a good morning and tomorrow is a,

Yesterday was a bad morning.

You see,

Check the mind,

How the mind tricks.

Continue.

Mind will challenge you,

I know.

But you're not listening to the mind.

You have a clarity and understanding,

So you continue doing it.

Focus is there inside the heart.

You keep looking inside the heart in the space.

Focus is there inside the heart.

Focus is there inside the heart.

Focus is there inside the heart.

Focus is there inside the heart.

Focus is there inside the heart.

Focus is there inside the heart.

And stop this,

Do nothing,

Remain as you are and just check it.

We find more space as if the mind seems to be absorbed inside.

That is our goal.

Introduce the one that we have been doing it again.

So what we do?

Start inhaling deep silence,

Slow into your belly.

Follow the rib cage.

10 seconds,

Stop it.

Retain the breath inside,

Look inside.

Keep looking,

Pushing the mind inside with awareness that the peace is there.

Real self is seated as a peace inside me.

Namaste,

Namaste,

Namaste.

Release the breath.

We're not doing anything very hard.

Only 10 seconds of inhalation.

Release the breath and allow the breath to be normal.

So just check.

When you are releasing,

The breath does not release by force.

So many pressure.

When that takes place,

The mind is already living with it.

One way to understand that,

Clear.

Let us inhale deep,

Silent,

Slow.

Continue to inhale.

Retain the breath now inside.

Peace is seated within me.

Namaste,

Namaste,

Namaste.

Release the breath.

Allow the breath to be normal.

You will find out that in one of the repetition,

The breath is released.

Breath is released normally.

Means what that is the state.

We want.

We want,

That is the fourth pranayama of Patanjali.

Inhale deep,

Silent and slow.

Continue to inhale for 10 seconds.

Hold it.

You know it.

You may say,

Shantoham,

Arm the peace.

Allow the mind to live deep into the infinite space.

Release the breath.

So see the difference.

This is an active step.

So we are asking the mind not to get identified with the body and the breath.

So it's a shift of identity.

Why?

We have to separate it.

The mind has a confusion.

Look at,

Be very clear about every step.

And once,

Then we will go down into the passive step.

Inhale deep,

Silent and slow.

During chak,

I give 30 seconds.

So the mind does not see any reason to get upset.

Hold the breath.

Shantoham.

Shantoham.

So while saying shantoham means arm the peace,

The mind is moving inside,

Inside,

Inside,

Deeper,

Deeper,

Deeper.

Release the breath.

And now do it yourself.

Couple of times,

Do it yourself.

See how it happens.

So you do not have to pay too much of attention.

I have to retain it for 10 seconds.

And then I have,

No,

15 seconds.

I have to inhale for 10 seconds.

Follow your own natural way.

See,

You are aware that you inhale up from the belly,

Up to the rib cage.

And when you feel the rib cage has expanded a bit,

Retain it.

Maybe two or three times shantoham,

Moving the mind consciously deeper and then release by yourself.

So it's not 10,

15 seconds are not important.

And continue.

It's a breaks the habitual pattern of the mind.

The mind will go back to what it knows,

What it has experienced over the years,

Days after days,

Weeks after weeks.

And we are breaking that pattern.

That's right.

We may see it as an active step.

We may see it as an active step.

Recheck that your breath is normal before you do the next round.

You are aware of the movement of the breath,

The flow of the nostril.

And when the mind finds itself consciously at peace,

Consciously at peace,

You are aware of the movement of the breath.

Now leave that retention of the breath.

Follow,

Look inside the heart,

First point of awareness.

Become aware of the infinite space,

Second point of awareness.

Pick up a point in the space,

Third point of awareness.

Drop shantoham,

Fourth point of awareness.

Then,

As if the mind merges into the infinite space,

Sixth point of awareness,

Or fifth.

And then start again.

Move the mind a little deeper.

First milestone,

Second milestone.

And you already remember the time comes when you will discover that this,

This,

Mind is absorbed.

What is right and wrong?

Wrong always changes,

And I'm not in a literal sense with reference to,

With respect to the real self.

And you will find this mind has already merged into.

This is what we say in,

If I take the Patanjali Yoga Sutra.

So Patanjali says,

Knower,

Known,

Knowing,

They merge together.

What is left?

Your awareness,

Your consciousness.

Who separates mind?

Mind says,

I'm the knower,

You are the known,

Or you are the knower,

I'm the known.

Continue the journey.

Om.

Om Shanti,

Shanti,

Shanti Om Shanti,

Shanti,

Shanti Om Shanti,

Shanti,

Shanti Bring your awareness on the right hand,

Your awareness on the left hand,

Lift your both the palms,

Place it on your eyes,

Open the eyes inside,

Know your experiences,

Bring the hands down.

How are you,

Brandy?

Very peaceful.

This morning that was really nice.

With the breath work,

You know,

It took me deeper into every step and then it went by fast today too.

Ah,

Good,

Good.

How are you,

Lara?

I'm also good.

I was present through the whole thing today.

It didn't like drift off at all,

So that was kind of fun to watch.

I had a lot of like purpley blue color when we were starting with the breath holding and then it just went really dark,

Almost like a dark green color and just kind of rested in there towards the end of that practice.

And I noticed I was able to hold my breath longer.

I think one of the things that I played with was that I was counting the hold instead of doing the Om Shanti because I know that I can count on counting.

Something that I can count on.

And so I was able to get to almost 30 seconds with holding the breath.

So that was kind of fun to watch.

Yeah,

Very good.

Good.

How are you,

David and Jay?

Kind of like for Granny's experience,

For me it was very peaceful,

Very deep,

Very easy,

The breathing,

There was no resistance.

And just blank,

Just really,

Really deep and heavy arms at the end.

Beautiful.

Yeah,

We are progressing.

How about you,

Jerry?

So it's good.

It was interesting to just be in the space and then watch or notice the things that went through the space.

That's good.

That's good.

So whatever the experience is,

You all are narrating,

Test it with reference to Viveka.

You have more clarity.

How are you,

Vaibhav?

So Vaibhav has joined again on Mondays and Thursdays,

Yes.

Sir,

It was like that when I was doing the breathing exercise,

There was a moment when I realised that breathing is somewhere and I am somewhere else.

Yeah.

And at that moment,

There is a separation between my breathing and me.

And because of that,

Mine was not adjusting to this fact that we are separate.

So there's a little difference.

It caused me a little anxiety about that time.

Yes.

And then I realised that this is not me,

So I just come back to the practice and then.

.

.

Ah,

What a beautiful explanation of the principles that you translated into your experience.

This is what should happen.

So when we are not worried,

Anxiety drops.

And it's basically a shift of identity from the body,

Breath to deeper.

Beautiful.

How are you,

Kate?

Terry,

I see your background,

But I don't see you.

That is what happened.

That's why I purchased a background.

Anyhow,

Kate,

How are you?

First,

And then we'll come to.

.

.

I'm well,

Thanks,

Gareesh.

What I noticed in the practice during the breathing,

Which was kind of a shift,

Is that I wasn't trying.

.

.

I wasn't trying.

That's the best way to put it,

Is that I was breathing in a natural way.

Not effort,

No effort,

No force,

Much less,

Which helped me to.

.

.

I'm trying to grab the words.

Which allowed for consciousness.

Yes.

Opening.

That's a good point.

I told you before also,

When I used to drive to Phoenix in almost 40 miles from here,

And I said,

No,

Let me start with the breathing.

Don't do that.

Disclaimer.

So I used to do it for 40 minutes,

And I said,

I'm 100% ready to give a session.

So there are different aspects.

How are you,

Terry?

You have put a beautiful background because of the background from the Google Meet.

If you put it,

Then what happens?

We don't see you.

We only see the background.

And a little bit,

You know,

Sometimes your image changes.

Do you see?

This is a fact.

You see the false?

This is a fact.

I see through my eyes.

Terry is here,

But still,

Terry is not there.

That is what we talk about false and the real self.

Yes,

Terry?

I just couldn't figure out how to turn it off.

They look so silly the way that they don't really look.

I said,

Sid,

They look so beautiful.

Yes,

They look so silly.

When your face comes into it,

It pops in a very rough way,

The computer.

That is what is happening to your image also?

Yes,

That's what I can see it.

So I'm going to figure out how to turn it off.

No,

Don't turn it off.

Share your experiences.

My practice was kind of similar.

What I did is I just maintained focus on the ideas that you were saying.

And I didn't,

The physical nonsense that's going on is I didn't succeed in doing the practice physically.

But I also didn't,

How can I put this,

I didn't become,

Usually I become upset or angry when it happens.

And I just said to myself,

Just go with the flow,

Whatever is happening.

I just put in a flow and I just maintained the awareness on the pace that was already there.

And I didn't become unhappy or anything.

I just.

.

.

Yeah,

That is another sign of the progress.

Yeah,

And looking very much forward to listening to the lesson again and getting another chance.

What a beautiful way.

That is really good.

You see,

At times in the past,

Your body was totally calm and steady and stillness is there.

It means mind is the cause of the problem.

If the mind remains identified with the body,

It triggers the past impression and you have these movements.

If the mind is not there,

Shift of identity,

That is how I sometimes explain identity.

I do not need to identify myself with the body.

Even after understanding through the intellect,

The mind says,

I know you continue talking.

I will continue to identify.

That is why we say we have to purify the mind.

We have to raise our level of awareness.

Any question?

That is all for today.

Thank you.

Namaste.

I have sent you a file.

I have sent you an email.

Me?

Yeah.

Okay.

I will check it this afternoon when it is my break.

Okay.

Okay.

Perfect.

Bye.

Bye.

Bye.
