Let's take the left hand,
Place it over the center of our chest.
And then the right hand,
The thumb just resting on the navel point,
Which allows the palm of the hand to open up just below the navel point to what's called the dantian.
Just hold yourself in this posture.
As we do,
We're literally holding the rhythm of life in our hands,
The rhythm of our breath and the beat of our heart.
Allow yourself to relax into that.
And we'll let go of a little bit of tension,
Any thoughts,
Any emotions that are there through a few sighs.
So inhale.
And as you inhale,
Just allow that breath to deepen down into the belly.
Letting go completely.
Last one.
As we let go,
We allow the opportunity for the rhythm of life that's beating under our hand,
Breathing in our bodies to express through us.
If we rest here long enough in this posture,
Our thoughts and our emotions will come into harmony with the rhythm of the breath and the beat of the heart.
We come into coherence,
Into harmony,
Or an inner peace.
Just let yourself relax in this posture.
Let yourself feel what you need to feel.
Let the thoughts pass by.
Let the body relax.
Stand around us.
And then just take a deep breath in and out if you have the space you're able to express through the voice just allow your voice to start to express a sense of gratitude for the life that's moving through you for the opportunity to be in this body for this moment for this space that you found for yourself just be grateful be thankful we'll allow that gratitude to move through the voice a simple ah sound so you just let the jaw relax let the mouth open just let the sound come out it doesn't matter what it sounds like it's just a release expression of gratitude thanksgiving deep breath in again once more ah softly for surrender and then just observing the sensations in the body feel that sense of peace of harmony and see if you can carry that into your day into your life just slowly start to bring the light is back gradually let the hands relax let the light start to filter back in
