Welcome to meditation session number 30.

Before we start let's do our preparations.

Find a position that supports your body and allow your mind to relax.

See if there is any more corrections you can do to your position.

Then let your body come to a rest.

Then say to yourself,

I want you to rest.

Then say to yourself your intention with this meditation.

Very good.

Then we are ready.

Take a deep breath in.

Let go of everything else.

Breath out and relax.

Into a nice and relaxed state.

Letting go of the outer world for a moment.

And just focusing on your internal experience.

Letting go of everything in the future.

And letting go of everything in the past.

Allowing your awareness to center into this moment.

Observing your experience.

Is there any sensations in your body?

Is there any thoughts passing through your mind?

Is there any emotion,

Feeling or mood in your body?

Feeling or mood in your body?

We are becoming aware of anything that is in our experience.

Being with the moment.

We are becoming aware of everything that is in our experience.

As you allow your internal experience to settle down.

Find its own balance,

Stillness and peace.

Maybe you feel a little bit more spaciousness.

A little bit more freedom of just being relaxed and enjoying the moment of meditation.

As you allow your body to recharge,

Focus and recharge with new positive energy.

This gives positive vibrations to your relationships and to your life.

And now come back and be aware of your surroundings again and get ready to continue your day refreshed,
