Welcome to meditation practice.

Before we start,

Let's do our preparations.

Find a position that supports your body and allow your mind to relax.

See if there is any more corrections you can do to your position.

Then let your body come to a rest.

Then say to yourself your intention with this meditation.

Very good.

Then we are ready.

Take a deep breath in.

Let go of everything else.

Breathe out and relax into nice and relaxed.

We are here to awaken this presence.

This observing of the experience.

Just in this moment see what is here,

What is going on in your experience when you are coming to stillness.

Is there any sensations in the body?

Is there any thoughts being played up by your mind?

Is there any emotion?

Any feelings in your body today?

And sometimes we are caught up in a story,

Some stream of thoughts.

And if it happens just allow your presence to come into the moment.

Observing,

Acknowledging that you are here.

We are not resisting or holding on to any of these experiences.

We are just coming with the presence and experiencing,

Observing.

And if we again are taken away in some story,

Some stream of thoughts,

We just come back with our presence as if we were waking up over and over again.

This process of bringing the presence back,

This process of waking up.

This sense of the presence observing the moment.

And see if you can see any difference when you are observing.

Is there any difference in the experience?

Is the emotions a little bit more peaceful?

Is the thoughts a little bit more clear?

Is the sensations in the body a little bit calmer?

A little bit more relaxed and nothing you need to do than just being here,

Observing,

Enjoying this moment of deep relaxation.

Gently,

Gently begin to come back again.

As you slowly come back more and more,

Be aware of the sensations in your body.

How does it feel to be here and now?

And before you rejoin your day,

Take a few deep breaths and fill yourself up with gratitude and thankfulness for that you have taken this time to recharge and energize yourself.

And when you are energized and refreshed,

This gives positive vibrations to your relationships and to your life.

And now come back and be aware of your surroundings again and get ready to continue your day refreshed,

Focused and relaxed.
