Take 15 minutes now and give your attention to yourself. A moment to tune into your inner world to see your body and emotion in this moment. We will watch ourselves from a nonjudgment state allowing us to find back to balance. Feel free to sit or lay down during this practice, and keep a straight back if possible.

Welcome to meditation,

Session 55.

Before we start,

Let's do our preparations.

Find a position that supports your body and allow your mind to relax.

See if there is any more corrections you can do to your position.

Then let your body come to a rest.

Then say to yourself your intention with this meditation.

Very good.

Then we are ready.

Take a deep breath in.

Let go of everything else.

Breathe out and relax.

Into a nice and relaxed state.

Checking in with your body.

How does it feel to be in your body in this moment?

Is there any place that is tense?

Is there any place where it is really relaxed and nice?

Allow your attention to go to a few different places in your body.

Maybe you feel your breath.

Another slight movement of your body as you are breathing.

No need to put any effort into changing.

Just more being curious about how is your body right now.

Breathing in and out.

As you observe your body can you observe any changes as we are just being here and relaxing,

Putting our attention on the body?

How is it possible for all this curiosity to go into any emotion or mood in your body?

Sometimes there is many emotions in the body.

And your attention can jump in between them.

For now we are just observing what is here.

What is the sensations in your body?

And what emotions and feelings is there?

Rest seeing yourself for a moment.

No needing to change anything,

Just being here with yourself.

Just your attention is healing for your body.

Giving your attention as a gift to yourself.

And just continue for a bit more to just enjoy being in this relaxing state.

Begin to come back again.

As you slowly come back more and more,

Be aware of the sensations in your body.

How does it feel to be here and now?

Take a few deep breaths and fill yourself up with gratitude and thankfulness.

For that you have taken this time to recharge and energize yourself.

When you are energized and refreshed,

This gives positive vibrations to your relationships and to your life.

And now come back and be aware of your surroundings again and get ready to continue your day refreshed,

Focused and relaxed.
