In today's meditation, we practice staying with restlessness. Sometimes we need to pass these barriers to come to a balanced mind state. We observe as our body and mind find their way to rest. You can sit or lay down during the meditation. It is good to keep a straight back if possible. Then just follow the guidance. If you want to please write in the comments after your meditation. Enjoy coming back to peace!

Welcome to meditation session 19.

Before we start let's do our preparations.

Find a position that supports your body and allow your mind to relax.

See if there is any more corrections you can do to your position.

Then let your body come to a rest.

Then say to yourself your intention with this meditation.

You can use your own words so follow along this.

Now I allow myself to set out the world aside and use this time for gaining focus,

Clarity and recharging.

Now I am doing meditation.

Very good.

Then we are ready.

Take a deep breath in.

Let go of everything else.

Breathe out and relax.

Coming to a nice and relaxed state.

Step into the silence.

Step into the rest.

Step into the state of just being here and now.

A meditative observing presence.

And observe your body.

See what sensations there is in this moment.

Observing your mind.

See what state you are in.

Any thoughts or emotions.

See if you can find any restlessness in the body or in the mind.

Observe this restlessness.

No labeling of good or bad.

Let's see.

And seeing what the restlessness wants.

It wants to move or maybe it wants to flee from something.

Needs to hurry to something.

Or just hurry away from this moment.

And just sit and observe.

And it's okay,

Because it is here.

If it is here,

It is here.

We will not act upon it,

But we will welcome.

And we have put the intention to do meditation,

So that is what we will do for the time of this practice.

We will sit and observe whatever is here.

Maybe you are still feeling it.

Feeling restlessness.

Or maybe you are already feeling the restlessness fading away.

And you relaxing into a nice and pleasant state of just being and enjoying the moment.

Enjoy the moment.

Okay.

With this place in time,

Just now,

Being here,

Savoring this moment in a meditation,

Allowing your mind to fall into rest,

Allowing your present observer to take the stage.

Reconnecting to your energy,

Your focus,

Your clarity,

Recharging and filling up with energy,

Filling up with presence,

Being fully here and now,

Recharging to be ready to face any challenges in your day.

Recharging to be ready to face any challenges in your day.

Recharging to be ready to face any challenges in your day.

Recharging to be ready to face any challenges in your day.

Recharging to be ready to face any challenges in your day.

Gently,

Gently,

Begin to come back again.

As you slowly come back more and more,

Beware of the sensations in your body.

How does it feel to be here and now?

Before you rejoin your day,

Take a few deep breaths and fill yourself up with gratitude and thankfulness,

For that you have taken this time to recharge and energize yourself.

When you are energized and refreshed,

This gives positive vibrations to your relationships and to your life.

And now come back and be aware of your surroundings again and get ready to continue your day refreshed,

Focused and relaxed.

Really appreciate that a meditation was made for restlessness. I have been struggling with that . I thought this was helpful
