Welcome.
I invite you to find your most comfortable position.
Gently close your eyes or keep them slightly open.
Lately,
You have been moving fast,
Thinking fast and creating fast.
And your nervous system and inner wiring have been trying to keep up.
Right now,
We are slowing everything down.
Because your nervous system is not your enemy.
It is your oldest ally.
It's been protecting you,
Guiding you,
Helping you survive.
But now,
We are ready to move from survival to safety.
From protection to peace.
So I invite you to bring your awareness to the sounds around you.
Notice if there is more than one sound.
You are not getting lost in the stories.
Rather,
You are observing the sounds.
Now,
Gently move your awareness to your body.
Quickly scanning down from the top of your head to the tips of your toes.
And as you go down from one body part to another,
Keep relaxing your body.
Turning ice to water and water to gas.
Using this metaphor,
You can simply imagine that any tightness that you feel in your body is gently turning into relaxation.
Now,
Take a mindful breath in through your nose.
And exhale softly through your mouth.
We are going to do two more rounds.
So inhale.
And exhale.
Inhale.
And exhale.
Now,
Let your breathing happen naturally.
As you breathe,
Imagine your body begin to soften.
Like it's finally being allowed to rest.
Now,
Gently bring your awareness to your heart.
You can place your hands there if it feels right.
Now,
I invite you to say it out loudly or in your mind.
It's safe to slow down.
It's safe to be here.
As you breathe,
I invite you to imagine the air reaching the back of your head,
Connecting both sides of your brain,
The left and the right.
Your left brain is the thinker,
The planner,
The doer.
And your right brain is the dreamer,
The feeler,
And the intuitive one.
Today,
We are inviting them to work together.
Not in competition,
But in harmony.
Now,
Breathe in and feel the energy move to the left side of your brain.
Logic,
Clarity,
Direction.
Breathe out,
Feel it flow into the right,
Creativity,
Flow,
Imagination.
With each breath,
The two hemispheres begin to sync.
Just like a calm wave balancing itself perfectly.
This synchronization is what scientists called neural coherence.
It's when your brain and heart begin to communicate in rhythm.
As this is happening,
Your parasympathetic nervous system activates.
Your body is now switching from fight,
Flight,
Freeze,
Fawn to rest and repair.
You are now teaching your body to remember peace.
If your mind wanders,
That's okay.
Right now,
It's not trying to sabotage you.
It's simply doing what it was trained to do.
Scan for danger,
Keep you safe.
So instead of judging your mind,
Whisper to it.
Thank you for keeping me safe.
But right now,
I choose peace.
This simple acknowledgement rewires your subconscious associations.
It is teaching your nervous system that safety doesn't come from control.
It comes from presence.
You can handle life without rushing.
You can feel emotions without drowning.
And you are safe to expand.
Now,
Bring your awareness to the space just above your head.
Imagine a bright and radiant golden light there.
This light represents your higher self.
The part of you that is eternally calm,
Endlessly wise,
And never in a hurry.
Allow that light to slowly pour down through the crown of your head,
Moving through your brain,
Down your throat,
Into your heart,
And all the way down to your belly.
This light is pure coherence.
It connects your mind with your heart,
Your thoughts with your truth,
Your doing with your being.
As it fills you up,
Every cell in your body begins to remember its natural rhythm that is slow,
Peaceful,
And powerful.
You are now no longer operating from an over-activated nervous system.
You are operating from a regulated identity.
This version of you leads from calm confidence,
Not urgency.
The version of you who is building from alignment,
Not adrenaline,
Who creates from flow,
Not fear.
Now,
As we are about to close this practice,
Take one mindful,
Nourishing breath in,
And sigh it out completely.
Feel the peace expanding within you.
Notice how your mind feels quieter.
How your heart feels open.
And how your body feels safe again.
Repeat silently after me.
I am safe to be seen.
I am safe to rest.
I am safe to receive.
My nervous system now supports my success.
When you are ready,
I invite you to bring some movement in your body.
And in your own time,
Gently open your eyes.
Come back to this moment,
To this breath,
To this calm,
Regulated version of you.
