Take a couple of deep,

Soothing breaths,

Drawing in a sense of calm and exhaling any stress or tension.

Feel the gentle rise and fall of your chest,

The rhythm of your breath guiding you into a deeper sense of relaxation.

Let go of any thoughts that may arise,

Simply acknowledging them and allowing them to pass by like clouds in the sky.

As you inhale,

Envision the breath carrying with it a soothing wave of serenity.

Filling every corner of your being.

With each exhale,

Imagine releasing any tension or stagnant energy,

On your next out-breath,

Bring your attention to the sensations in your body.

Scan through your body from head to toe,

As you continue to breathe deeply,

Imagine a small pond in the center of the garden.

This pond is a reflection of your mind,

Notice any ripples or disturbances on the surface of the water.

These ripples represent the thoughts and worries that may arise.

As you observe them,

Imagine gently dropping pebbles into the pond,

Watching the ripples fade away,

Leaving the surface undisturbed and serene once more.
