Hey!

This is a very quick SOS practice for you to get out of a state of overwhelm and dissociation.

So let's just dive right in to start and get you out of there.

Take a deep breath and now name three things that you see.

Name them out loud.

Now name two things that you can hear.

Take another deep breath and name one thing that you can feel.

Pause and breathe and focus that you're here now.

You can use this anytime you need to return to the now.

Come back to this.

Listen to this again.

I'm always here for you.

We can always do this together.

You're not alone.

You got this.
