Transcript

Start to set yourself up in a comfortable upright seated posture.

You can allow your hands to rest wherever is comfortable.

Check in that your spine is nice and long,

Your head is stacked over your shoulders and your shoulders are stacked over your hips.

And then start to breathe.

Start to slow yourself down and just breathe.

Feel the ground underneath you.

Feel present in your body and feel the space surrounding your body.

You can notice any resistance from your mind.

You can notice the steady stream of thoughts still moving through.

But allow it all to pass.

Allow every thought to rise up and then move on.

Letting go of any attachments to any thoughts.

Dropping any story lines that you might be telling yourself.

Keep returning to your breath.

For some breath work today,

We'll work with a double inhale in through the nose and then an exhale out the mouth.

So once you feel ready,

Breathe in.

Breathe in again.

Your lungs are filled up to full capacity then exhale it out your mouth.

Breathe in.

Breathe in again.

Breathe out your mouth.

Breathe in.

Breathe in again.

Exhale,

Release out your mouth.

Continue breathing in this pattern.

Making sure that you are filling up all the way on your inhale and emptying out the lungs all the way on your exhale.

Your pace might be a little bit slower or a little bit faster.

And that's okay.

After your next round,

Return to a natural breath no longer controlling the breath returning it to this state of flow.

Breath flowing in and breath flowing out with ease without any effort but with your full awareness.

Taking in the after effects of the breath work.

You can stay here for as long as you'd like.

Namaste.
