All right,

Little friends,

Are you ready to start your day?

We are going to wiggle our fingers up to the sky.

Can you wiggle your fingers with me?

Say good morning fingers.

Wow,

Great job wiggling those fingers.

All right,

Now take your fingers,

Wiggle them all the way down to the ground and see if you can tickle your toes.

Say good morning toes.

Wow,

Awesome job.

Now lie down on the ground,

Put your belly on the ground and look around the room like you're sliding like a snake.

Look all around the room,

Stretch your body like a snake.

If there's someone next to you,

You can say good morning.

Now we're going to put our hands on the ground,

Feet on the ground,

Bottoms up in the air,

Make a down dog shape.

Wow,

Wiggle your bottom in the air like you're shaking your tail.

Pick up one leg,

Shake,

Shake,

Shake.

Pick up the other leg,

Shake,

Shake,

Shake.

You are doing such a great job.

Now jump all the way up to stand and give your body a big hug.

You can say good morning body.

Wow,

Our bodies do so many beautiful things for us.

It is great to say good morning to them.

This time I want you to move your hands in a circle.

Can you move your hands in lots of different circles and squiggly lines and shapes,

Making lots of shapes with your wrists?

Move your hands all over the place.

Say good morning hands.

Awesome.

And then you're going to reach down to the ground like you're touching the floor and see if you can bounce your knees.

Bounce bounce bounce those knees.

Say good morning knees.

Great job.

Back down on the ground,

Lay your belly on the floor like you're a slithering snake.

Look all around the room.

Good job on your belly.

You're doing great.

Hands on the ground,

Feet on the ground,

Bottoms go up in the air,

Down dog shape again.

Oh,

Can you play like a little puppy?

Wag your tail side to side.

Pick up one leg,

Shake,

Shake,

Shake.

Pick up the other leg,

Shake,

Shake,

Shake.

Maybe you shake your head back and forth.

Maybe you stick out your tongue like a panting little puppy.

Wow,

Nice job.

What a playful little pup.

All right,

Jump all the way up to stand.

If there's someone next to you,

Maybe you can give them a high five and say,

Great job.

Let them know that they are doing an awesome job moving their body and saying good morning.

All right,

One last time.

Now we're going to wave our arms in the air.

See if you can swing your arms from side to side.

Make sure not to bump into anybody though.

Be careful.

And as you swing your arms side to side,

Up and down,

All around,

You can say good morning arms.

Wow,

Great job saying good morning to your arms.

Now take your arms,

They should be warmed up and see if you can give your legs a big hug.

Fold over in half and hug your legs.

Say good morning legs.

You're doing great.

I love saying good morning to my legs.

All right,

One last time.

Lay down on your belly.

Look around the room.

Don't say anything at all,

But see if you can smile to a friend or someone that's in the room with you.

Give a big smile so that they know that you're thinking about them.

One more time,

Down dog shape.

Hands on the ground,

Feet on the ground,

Bottoms go up in the air.

Shake your head from side to side.

Shake your bottom from side to side like you're wagging your tail.

Pick up one leg,

Shake,

Shake,

Shake.

Pick up the other leg,

Shake,

Shake,

Shake.

And now try something fun.

Keep your hands on the ground and see if you can take some little hops with your feet.

Jump,

Jump,

Jump.

Maybe you jump your feet 10 times in the air.

Count with me.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six,

Seven,

Eight,

Nine,

10.

Wow,

You are so strong.

Great jumping.

This time,

Jump all the way up to stand.

Give your body a big hug.

Close your eyes.

Cover them with your hands.

Take a big breath in and out.

A moment of peace.

Thank you for saying good morning to your body.

Thank you for starting your day off right.

You can say,

Thank you,

Body.

You could say,

I love you,

Body.

You could say,

I am ready for a great day.

Really cute and practical for kids! Great vocals, great energy, and fun movements. I do wish she said lie instead of lay, because my son picks up things and I don't want him using lay incorrectly.
