Henrik conducts free online meditations weekly with a group open to new participants. Here is a live recording from one session. The meditation begins with simple breathing exercises and mindfulness to help you settle in. Henrik then guides you to create and explore your "happy place," a mental environment where you feel completely at ease. You visualize a place that brings you joy and peace, noticing the sights, sounds, smells, and textures to make it vivid. You spend time in this happy place, embracing the positive emotions it evokes. You visualize positive future scenarios for you. Based on the insights gained, you envision your first steps forward. The meditation concludes with breathing exercises to help internalize the positive experience and transition gently back to your day.

Good morning everyone.

Today's session will be conducted in English and I asked around the participants sitting in the room what they prefer the most and we will design this meditation with some positive aspects in it,

Positive thinking and also a place,

A positive place.

So we can all and everyone that is here digitally you have the opportunity as well to share if you have any preferences that you want me to design this towards.

You can just start with taking a few deep breaths.

Feel your belly moving in and out.

If you want you can put a hand on your belly.

Feel how it feels when you breathe out.

Can you feel this measurable effect of how your body is relaxing when you breathe out?

Can you feel the measurable effect that you get energized when you breathe in?

And how does it feel to be you right now?

Do you have any feelings on a special location in your body,

Your chest,

Your belly or somewhere else?

Does this feeling have a form,

A surface,

A color?

Is it constant or is it shifting as you focus on it?

And what is it like for you to have this feeling in you,

This unique experience of being you right now called qualia?

What is that like to be you right now?

Imagine being in one of your favorite places.

It could be a real place or an imaginary place.

Visualize what you see around you when you are in this place.

Do you hear any sounds in this place?

Can you smell anything?

Can you feel anything on your skin,

Wind or the heat from the sun or the ground below or your clothes?

Imagine a positive memory in this place.

It could be a real memory or an imaginary one.

Do you have any people around you in this memory,

In this place?

Visualize them as well.

Pick one of the people in this memory.

What do you like the most about this person?

What do you think that person likes the most about you?

Is there anything you would like to say to this person?

Visualize how you communicate this.

Listen to hear what that person is saying back to you.

How does it feel to be you in this memory?

How does it feel to be you in this memory?

When you are in this memory,

What do you appreciate the most about your life?

When you are in this memory,

Is it anything you would like to communicate to anyone else?

Visualize how you communicate that to this person in the form that you prefer.

When you are in this memory,

What do you think is important in life?

When you are in this memory,

Is there anything you would like to communicate to your ordinary version of yourself?

Imagine how you communicate that to yourself.

In this memory,

Look around what it looks like around you.

Take a few deep breaths to take in what it feels like to be in this memory.

Notice how you always have this memory available for you to go to whenever you feel like.

And come back to the room.

Take a few deep breaths with your belly.

Being back in the room,

Is there anything you would like to communicate to the version of you that were in this memory?

Visualize how you communicate that to yourself.

Visualize how you communicate that.

Being back in the room,

Do you have any new perspective or ideas about how you want to live your life?

Visualize one example of how you live your life the way you want to live it.

In this positive scenario,

Visualize what you have around you.

Listen if you hear any sounds.

Feel into what you appreciate the most about living this way.

And feel into how it feels to be you in this positive scenario.

Is there anything you would like to say to yourself,

To the version of you that is sitting here in the room?

Imagine communicating that to yourself.

And come back to the room.

Feel the air on your skin.

Is there anything you would like to do today or this week that is in line with this scenario and how you want to live your life?

Imagine how you do that,

How you take that first step in this direction.

Would it be helpful for you with support from anyone or anything to do that?

How do you take this first step?

Would it be helpful to tell anyone about your dream going forward and about your first steps?

And come back to the room and feel the breath through your nose.

How does it feel to be you right now?

Imagine how you are glowing,

A white,

Yellowish light.

Imagine how your different body parts are glowing on each other and just enhancing the glow.

Visualize how your light is spreading through the room.

Visualize how your light is spreading through the room and lighting up the rooms you are walking through and the people that you are meeting today.

And come back to the room.

Focus on the breathing through your nose.

Our communal meditation is over,

But you are welcome to just continue breathing and relaxing.

As the people around you start slowly,

In their own time,

Moving out of the room,

You can just sit and relax or lie and relax for as long as you like.

As the people around you start slowly,

In their own time,

Moving out of the room,

You can just sit and relax or lie and relax for as long as you like.
